Do pad surrounded by football weigh you down? Does it hurt reall discouraging when tackle if wearing pad?

Yes, football pad do weigh you down, but not a lot. It depends on the type of pad that you wear. No, it doesn't hurt when you get tackle and you are wearing pads. That is the total reason for football pad. To protect the person wearing them from injury. It is possible to be injured and those injuries can be fairly serious, but serious injuries are fairly in danger of extinction in football because of the pad. You are more likely to be seriously injured contained by a car misfortune. If you play football, you will get some bumps and bruises, but these are adjectives minor and go away surrounded by a few days. How to make my longboard a drop thru?

Question:Is there a kit or something I buy to convert my regular longboard to a drop thru? I want to lower my overall board ground clearance.

I don't think they make kits for them to convert a regular one to a drop through, I searched it and never came up with anything like that. Not sure if you could modify it yourself, i've seen the two wheel designs where they cut one hole on each end and just use two wheels or the concave designs, which I don't think you could modify it to do that without doing a lot of shaping, would be tough.




Does Push Ups engender you stronger?

yea but it tones your arms more than anything. but yea you do attain stronger. i do alot of em for track practice and for usmc and my arms are pretty strong but it just give me alot tone in them. hope that help you.
Your chest as well. However some populace don't do push ups, they push the world down.

Well.., describe you the truth i dont know that,but,il my thoughts on it, i think what push ups do is flaten out your chest,arms,belly and legs and when they do somthing that your bound to grain stronger
Yes it does, because its a weight carriage exercise. Your arms are moving around half your body counterweight, with respectively push up, and that would increase your arm strength. That is of course assuming you are doing them properly. It also help improve your core strength within your torso, providing you keep your body straight while doing them.
Yes! My friend (I try to as well) does push-ups every year because 1 she loves exercising 2 she owns like three horses a goat and several other smallholding animals and 3 shes the eldest of five kids, so she kinda has to be strong! But the point is, she is sooooo strong!!!!! so to answer your grill: yes it does make you stronger!!!!!!!

Can big relatives skateboard correct or do you hold to be skinny?

ive never seen a plump guy be good at sakting. and ive be skating for 7 years. but chances are if you really ride knotty and keep up next to it youll get skinny. i used to skate down at the park surrounded by 90 degree weather for 6 hours a year for weeks. it was amazing. but yea hold on to skating. i suggest a board thats 8 inches wide, and put together sure the axles on your trucks are the same wideness as ur board. only buy white urathane wheel, and ride shop decks. enjoy fun
It doesn't matter if your 40 pounds or if your 300 pounds-the lone thing we should strictness about is progressing.

skating have nothin to do of how u look our if ur bidg or skinny like i enjoy a uncle and he weighs 275 and he can kickflip handstands and hes grat so merely skate its in the heart.
Anyone can be moral a skateboarding. It's all something like talent and hard work. If a big guy have talent and works hard at it, later he can be good.
First bad does it really matter in the order of being fitting or not ? The main interview is are you enjoying yourself and what your doing when your on a skateboard and are you have fun ? Skating is only just about two things the first is progresion and the second is the love of skating and being beside a bunch of freinds at a spot and having a blast thats the single things that make skatebording such a great sport.

It may be harder at first, but likelihood are that by skating youll start to lose weight and build up muscle.
