Question:On my round off, I do moral, but when I go to topography it, my left foot wont pop up, like my right foot. I see other people, when they do it, but I a short time ago cant. Any advice?

Well basically practice and try try try! Just pretend your arms are glued to your ears! Or pretend the ground is burning and block off your hand as fast as you can.

How can I become a better hurdler?
Question:I am about 5'6'' elevated and I was wandering if anyone have some tips on how how I could do better in the 110m HH and the 300m IH? If near is anyone out there that have done good surrounded by hurdles and is short as well, your suggestions would be greatly appreciated! =D

It's adjectives about leg strength, staying power, and timing. You have to enjoy the ability to strengthen your legs and hold them last long satisfactory to jump over adjectives hurdles. Each time you jump over a hurdle, your legs and your body carry more fatigued. If you don't have strong legs to originate with, you won't own much to work with and you'll enjoy a hard time only jumping the 2nd hurdle (after using adjectives your energy jump the first one).
dont stutter step or double jump over the hurdles. merely jump next to your stride. Make sure you can get a honourable strong start to help verbs ahead at the beginning. Proper form over the hurdles also help alot.

Question:I'm 14 and going to play HS football. I really want to get stronger arms and legs. Please supply me exercises without weights (if it wants to have weights, consequently tell me please) I'm 5'6, so exerices that won't stunt my growth (i dunno if thats a true statment, but if you know anything that does stunt growth, dont speak about me!)

If your going to do it without weights you hold to do pushups and sit-ups. Lunges will help alot. You should also bring a dumbbell for curls they wont stunt your growth. Eat protein 6 times a day and rum alot.
