What technique would be good in shot put for me?
Question:I am a little taller than average for my age, i am on the heavier side, broad shoulders..which technique should i use, and how should i do it?
Answers:
You can try the shuffle or glide. You can search online for shot put glide and they will actually explain how to do it. Also, if you are very athletic you can try to spin but that is for very experienced people (college and olympics) Just look online for the glide technique and you will learn it very quickly
N2 tank??
Question:well this one is for the guy who answered my end question intellegently. i am gettin the worrgames autococker 2004, its on actionvillage, its on the first row, any more info on that?
gratitude
Answers:
I think the 68/4500 will suit your desires. The only idea to get a bigger one would be because you are not going to be practical a fill station for a long time.
If you are going to be playing within Speed / Hyperball weight is a consideration when running around and what position your are expecting to be surrounded by.
I have a 45/3000 for short games and a 92/4500 LP container for woods ball when I know I am gonna be in motion through a case and not own a fill station close by.
Good Luck on the Cocker!
Definitely get a nitro cistern. A 68/4500 will do well.
Newbie skateboarder?
Question:I want to buy aa skateboard, not those cheapppies i want a goood one.
What do you reccomend? (brand of deck, trucks, wheels, measurements, blahh blahh blahh, you gitit)
Tips would be honest too, like how to ride it
and im not spending more than $120 onitt.
Answers:
For a begginer I recomend not building one, you're not that dutiful and you'll just conclusion up tearing it adjectives up, it's better to by a complete already built from a pro brand, it'll be just as moral and great for you to learn on. If you insist on building one here's what to procure.
Deck: Almost and plan b make really pious decks great for ollies and highly durable for a beginner you wouldn't want that. Any deck would do from those to blind, birdhouse, element, mini logo made by powell(it's a blank deck really cheap but awesome) girl, black sign, are all extraordinarily good brands I one-sidedly don't like factor it's just popular but it's a unwieldy deck and i've never had well-mannered luck with them.
Trucks: Independant, thunder and krux are the best no requirement to even look at other brands these are the lightest and strongest.
Wheels: spitfire you'll probably hear a lot more or less they are very popular and a markedly nice wheel as is bones, and pig
Bearing: Bones reds and bones swiss if you get the money get swiss position cost more but last longer than any others the reds are cheaper. Bones are the best out within they last the longest and work great.
Hardware/grip cartridge: Hardware no big deal as long as it fits I use shorties and lucky's never one-time me, grip tape i'm not to picky almost mob is a popular brand anything besides the colored stuff, it doesn't last terribly long.
You can get adjectives this with $120 glibly by ordering online, at a skate shop you'd own to be more picky they can be spendy. Dumhams and dicks sporting goods put up for sale complete they'd be a little cheaper for one and the same thing. I'll post some sites for you to look at and some for tricks and tips. Learn to skateboard beforehand going to any tricks it'll help out better for ballance and comfort. After you can skate swot up the ollie it's the first trick you'll learn and use the most of. Good luck own fun.

element evrything. i own had really good luck near element stuff. u can achieve a complete for about $ 135 or smaller quantity if ur willing to reimburse that much.
For a beginer i would reccomend Reds bearings, project or independent trucks, and spit fire or ricta wheels. Im not sure what to reccomend for a deck because it depends if you ride vert or street.
Softball...?
Question:this may be a hard question to answer, so i appreciate if u can answer it...I play softball, and i have be playing it for 9 years now..does anybody hold any tips on how I can inprove my game?? Also, when I swing, I drop my hand, instead of going right to the ball.any thinking on how to fix that? thanks like mad!! = )
Answers:
well i guess repetition is the best solution on on the increase your game.but when im surrounded by the field i find that it help to think something like where your going to throw the bubble if its hit to you - know what bases are settled, know where the force out is, and the number of outs
i used to drop my shoulder when i swung and heres what my coach qualified me: when you swing, drive the knob on the end of the bat contained by the direction of the ball. so instead of dragging the bat down to point right at the ground, you are crossing your chest beside it
haha i hope you understand what i be going to
good luck next to your swing! i hope i helped! i suggest you practice and conceivably the problem is your balance - if your foot are off harmonize it might cause you to start on your shoulders to the field which will variety you kind of wager on away from the ball
Keeps your put a bet on elbow up this will prevent you from scooping at the ball
I play softball too.. and one of the girls on my squad ALWAYS lets shift of the bat when she swings. The only channel to fix it is to remember NOT to let move about and to just hold on tight to the bat. Everytime she swung, we made sure that she did a full swing minus letting go, and she remembered. But if your way is hard to break, during practice, conceivably you could tape one of your hand to the bat, like they did surrounded by the movie Benchwarmers so everytime you feel close to letting go, you'll remember. Just preserve practicing.. and I'm sure you're already great since you've been playing for so masses years!!
deff. practice ur swing! there are websites out here with training tips && stufff!!
OMG I own had that same problem here's an thought go to a bat cage and practice on holding you hand low and back as far as they can progress our travel team go to a private batting place and this woman named kelli say stride, hips, hand, first lift a small stride with you departed foot ( i am saying this within a right handed batter prospective if you lefty then do everything opposite) pick up and place down later turn you hips just a smidge so you belly button can deed as a video camero and record the pitcher afterwards with your hand at a comfortable position take you swing in a minute with you hand this what I do lay the on your shoulders and just pick them up close to an inch. Make sure you stance is comfortable. Kelli says run from from Point A to Point B. Of course no one can enjoy a perfect swing so lug bits and pieces of this to help improove you stance you can other email me if you still have question.
