Because they are led by the Reverends and "Self Appointed Black Leaders" Rev. Al Sharpton & Rev. Jesse Jackson. These "men of god" junk to apologise for their mistakes and encourage their followers to do alike.
Rev. Al Sharpton preaches to never give up, explanation next time it could be true so don't agree to it go.
BTW, not every black accept their leadership.

All too often apologizes are forgotten. No longer do we operate near manners and dignity. I believe they will never see a quick fix to the retribution , however, remuneration backs a b*tch and it across the world comes back on relations somehow. Just not in our time frames. Those boys be not totally innocent but not guilty of rape. Fortunately that came out surrounded by the press.
Because they don't really perfectionism if they were wrong or not, it be never about real issues...it was other just an agenda.
