Not neccessarily, quietly general public are sort of are speculating that she is using steroids, and steroids does not increase stamina, but how well you prepare yourself similar to running,and eating the right foods can own a great impact on your stamina.
i wouldn't say she would hold more because i know some women that could run longer then me and i hold pretty good stamina i would say-so sharpova would because she is a bit smaller she would have smaller number weight to carry/'/
Go to the gym how many times a week to be of benefit?
Question:If I want to lose weight at a normal pace, but mainly get toned, what is the minimum times a week I need to go? I go for about 45 mins., I do 30 mins. on the treadmill at 4.5 speed, then 15 mins. weight machines and free weights at fairly low weights (35-50 lbs).

There is not set amount of days. Every person's metabolism is different, and you have to adjust to that.
My workout routine normally consists of
Monday - Lower Body
Tuesday - Upper Body
Wednesday - Cardio
Thursday - Upper Body
Friday - Lower Body
This way I hit all of the muscle groups and allow them ample time to heal. If you are able to find a good plan and get started on it, then it is a big help.

For me one of the most poignant sporting death was that of Marc-Vivien Foe, the Cameronian footballer who collapsed while representing his country at the Confederations cup within 2003
What I noticed as an Irish personage is that many of the incidences are from American sports, and that I be not aware of many of them, I will presently be looking them up on the net do find out more.
again as an irish personality I would like to bring up to date of an incident in Irish sport. It occured various years ago, 1997 I think.

Anyways hindmost to the incident,it was during the second partially of minor(under 18) championship final, it be held before the senior(adult) final so within was a massive crowd in attendance(circa 30,000). A long orb was kicked within on of the players chased after it, Paul Mcgirr, a seventeen yearold schoolkid, the ball bounced between him and the divergent goalkeeper, they both rushed to get it Paul won the see and flicked the ball over the Goalkeepers principal to score what be the winning aim, the crowd erupted he had won the team game for his team, however contained by scoring the goal Paul have collided with Goalkeeper and lay on the ground, this be not a cause for great concern, it ws after adjectives a contact sport a people repeatedly received knocks,, Paul believed to hold been concused be brought to hospital, the biggest concern for him at the time that he was going to miss the team celebrations. It was announced then that night that Paul have died as a result of a punctured lung sustained in the the rebel with Goalkeeper.
I believe this qualifies as one of but for the most shocking sporting death for a little reasons.
1. The young-looking age of the player involved
2. The fact that it occured on the sporting paddock
3. The fact that Goalkeeeper involved contained by the incident, despite the challenge self totally accidental have to live with this for the rest of his vivacity.
