Am I doing the write thing/how do I bring back faster/stronger?

Question:As of Thursday I will have be lifting weights for seven days.

About a month ago I was 6'1'' and 240lbs, and am 20 years hoary. I improved my diet and lessened my calorie intake and I'm in a minute 225lbs, but I want to start adding some muscle.

I begin lifting with a friend final week on a fixed weight electrical device called Paramount Fitness or something, he have me doing the following: Curls(With free weights), lats, skullcrushers one day, next benching, military benching, shrugs the next, alternating.

We do what he call Super sets, which is 3 sets of 20, reducing the weight by 20 lbs at rep 11.

Also, we started playing Tennis and swimming...

Am I doing the right article to get stronger and faster? I know the Aerobic things resembling Tennis and Swimming just can't hurt, but I am not so sure on the workout or reps or anything of that temper.

All helpful information will be appreciated.
Answers:

As a learner you should pyramid your sets. For example:
20x100
15x125
10x150
6x175
10x160
10x150
Always strive for more weight on the middle sets. Super sets are for more advanced lifters, undeniably use them later on.
You lost 15 pounds surrounded by one month with nil but reducing calories and exercise?!? That's pretty... intense. I wouldn't go too adjectives out hard-core. If you don't let your body grasp enough rest, you'll run out up getting sick or injuring yourself.
Sounds pretty good to me but I aint no expert I would answer better if i could.
You're on the right track. Keep it up but don't overdo it or you'll bring sore. You should also start running on a track or by using a treadmill to get faster.

Protein shakes are a angelic way to bulk up too.

How can American team that win the "world series" be world champ if adjectives the squad are from the US?

Answers:

because for a while there be two teams from canada, so it technically qualified as a world series.
I other thought the term "world" originate from "the world" newspaper, and wasn't a mention to the competition being world broad.
Well, there is still one squad from Canada (the Toronto Blue Jays) and teams are made up of players from adjectives over the world.
The Blue Jays play in Toronto, Canada. When the permanent status world series was coined, America be the only country to play pro baseball. Its portion of history now and the best troop in America or Canada at the downfall of the year will always be the World Champions. Some morning a team from overseas might be surrounded by MLB. Until then other countries will own to settle for trying to win the World Baseball Classic.
Baseball relies on its own history. When it was name the World series, it meant more that it be a big thing fairly than universal item. Now that sports are more around the world, it sounds silly to be called the world series but they will never adjust history in baseball.
It will other be the world series just to hang on to the stats and history in smudge
I know I never got that

Can I use cross-country shoes for sprinting?

Answers:

You probably can, but it's definitely not good too. Cross county shoes are made for dirt and rocks, to protect your feet and reduce twisting your ankles. Spring shoes are more aerodynamic. They feel weightless, and help you run faster. I wouldn't suggest using cross country shoes for sprinting.
