I believe you should be able to do that. I recommend contacting the Athletic Department of each school to do so.
Hey i get this problem, my shin splits won't run away, and in a minute my ankles and knees are startin to hurt a lil
Question:i've had my right shin split for a couple days in a minute, it hurts like hell, and my ankles both are starting to hurt, my right knees hurts a lil, and my right shin is starting to hurt too, i've put my feet surrounded by a bucket of ice, fur in a minute 2 days, but it just feel worse, i practice track after school, i run for resembling half a mile and it starts hurting, i can still sprint no problem but it does bother surrounded by long distance and when i walk i can almost not walk, so i be a sign of it **** hurts like hell, i do touch it when i run, but not so much when i sprint, only when i totter and run long distance does it hurt really bad

What I be told by a friend in the pen of sports medicine, he is one of the best contained by his field here contained by New Zealand he said firmly strap them up( but not to tight )when you go for a run do not run on strong surfaces e.g road or running track, run on a much kinder surface like grass, next after your run spend some time in a heated pool keep hold of moving your legs for about 15 to 20 minutes when you hold done all that of late go home own a shower dry yourself properly then rub tiger balm or something approaching that , that burns and then only put your feet up and don't do anything that would hurt for the rest of the darkness good luck I hope this help, if not be in motion to your GP.Cheers Phil.

Upgrades for ion paintball gun ?
Question:upgrades preferably in order of necessity, but all suggestions are wanted...already have a trigger and qev

alright. what you'll want for the Ion is in this order:
a new hopper. you cant pwn n00bs if you have just a shake'n'bake hopper. these only get up to 4 bps and the skip alot. if you have money, get a used Pulse hopper. fastest on the market at 42 bps. you can get it cheap used. You wont be needing 42bps with an ion, but you might if you decide to upgrade to a better gun.
next is a barrel. the ion stock barrel SUCKS. I use a Custom Products barrel. its inexpensive at $50, but it is so frikkin awesome. improves your game by a lot.
after that, your good to go. you could get some internal upgrades like a new bolt, but theres really no need to. all you need now is practice and some good teammates.
Please tell me how to do some jump rope tricks I'm 13?

you have to jump when the rope hits the ground lol but move your hands in close so you have more room to jump in you don't have to go to fast work at your own pace until you get better and don't think about jumping juts let you subconscious do it for you because if you start to think about it then it be a lot harder on you/'/
