Does anyone know a definition for speed-endurance?
Question:i know it is sustaining a speed for a longer time or distance, but is their an official definition

Speed endurance is used to develop the co-ordination of muscle contraction. Repetition methods are used with a high number of sets, low number of repetitions per set and intensity greater than 85% with distances covered from 60% to 120% of racing distance. Competition and time trials can be used in the development of speed endurance.
What professional men's sport is the most boring to monitor?

Golf..hand down. I don't know how one would change it, unless near was "lava" traps instead of sandtraps. That or they have to play blindfold.

Golf, hand down..to me...great to play but bad to monitor.

and they are reallly itchy
there is a little linning of padding so the rubber doesnt rub on ur face, but its new so its really itchy to my skin. and i dont reallly like the itch
does anyone know of anything i can do to it that will make it less itchy.
(powders, etc.)

try just plain ol' baby powder. you may have to put a lot on, but it helped with my game face mask for softball(it itched so bad!)
