Does anybody know any meeting within sports between men and women, "conflict of the sexes"?

The single example I can think of that pitted a man against a woman be a 1992 tennis match contained by Las Vegas between Jimmy Connors and Martina Navratilova. Connors won 7-5, 6-2.

Equestrian events in the Olympics are the with the sole purpose Olympic sport where men and women compete director to head individually. You hold things like couples amount skating where a man and woman compete together. I believe adjectives equestrian events are mixed gender competitions.

Question:I'm in eighth order right now and plan on running XC subsequent year. i am starting to train now, running 1- 3 miles a daytime. What should my time me for a workout like that? Also does anyone enjoy any other tips?

I'm assuming you are a female. Usually, 18:30 to 19:30 will win the state battle 5K (3.1 miles). But that's pretty rare for any womanly freshman to be running. I'd say start out beside an acceptable hope of 23:30. Obviously, if you run faster, it needs to be readjusted. If slower, vice versa. But you also want to set a desire, and an ultimate purpose. Your goal should be faster than your accpetable purpose, and ultimate hope should be attainable, but most challenging. If 23:00 is your dream, you might want to be around 22:30 for your ultimate aspiration, which would be a great time. But this spring and summer, you need to be running more than 1-3 miles a sunshine. You need to run 3-6 miles a sunshine. Not necessarily at a fast step, but you need to receive a good stand of distance runs before you win to practice next drop. The more base you enjoy, the greater your times will be. Here is the best tip I can give you. Do not underestimate stretching. Do it every year and treat it as serious as your running. It will lengthen your muscles and prevent injuries. It also lengthen your muscles therefore lengthening your stride and also give your muscles more power. Stretching every muscle group will equal faster times. Good luck from a former cross country runner.
I think you can try hitting around 23 minute for 3 mile run for time trial and adjectives. I think you should run long distance and train your leg and muscle first before going adjectives out.
Who are the superior athletes - Basketball Players or Football Players - and why?

Basketball
That's because most basketball players are constantly moving the entire game. Most don't sit down for offense or defense playing time. A lot of the basketball players will play almost the entire winter sport without taking a form and if they do it's only for a minute.
Football players are sissys compared to basketball players!

I say foot bubble players this is because in football and basketball you requirement stamina endurance finesse and only just pure skill but the amount of strength football players arer required ot have is much greater not to mention they must hold a higher affliction tolerance
football players..'cause you do more in playing football, close to there is more running..and it's more difficult to formulate a goal, than to shoot a picnic basket..besides, you need to stay lower than the sun which isn't that easy..
Not sure what you show by best athlete. Basketball players definitely hold more endurance, but football players are stronger, can hop higher, run short distances faster, and transformation directions faster than basketball players. The average NBA basketball player has a 29" or 30" vertical soar while the average football player jumps 32" or 33".

I would be more proud of you if you be to call it Football and not Soccer. Soccer hasn't be used to describe Football since around 1930. Football to Americans is what we Enlgish people christen American Football. The reason?
You from time to time use your feet surrounded by American Football, so why is it called Football? Punts, Kick-offs, and Field Goals, they are the one and only times American Footballers use their feet. 90% of the hobby is played with the hand.
Also, Soccer as you call it, or Football as it is now known, be invented 1st, and therefore should be call by what it is - a game played near the feet - FOOTBALL
