What should i wear in a triatlon?

Question:its on friday plz let me know!
Answers:

Your race is Friday and you are not prepared yet?? Gadzooks! You should train in your gear at least once before you race in it... That aside, a tri-specific jammer. If you want, throw on a tank or jersey for the remainder of the race (bike & run). This prevents sunburn and helps with modesty if you're concerned about that. Make sure your jammer has a good chamois and dries quickly, I recommend TYR's line of multi-sport gear or Sugoi (a bit more pricey).

Don't forget your sunglasses, race belt, hat or bandana, helmet, socks, running shoes and watch if you wear one!

Here's a great free resource for beginner triathletes:

Good luck and have a great race!

How to return with lane grease out of a bowling globe?

Question:how can you get lane grease out of a bowling ball a nontoxic way
Answers:

Any towel will do a fully clad job, and microfiber towels will engage the oil better.

There are also ball-cleaning solutions available at only just about any pro shop. Most bowling centers own one. I'm not talking in the order of the polishes. Those are different. Look at the cleaners. There are many that are allowed by the USBC for use during league competition.

I suggest using the towel beforehand every shot, especially if you're using a high-performance ball. Those hold your attention oil close to sponges.

Over time, an occasional resurfacing is recommended in the pro shop.

Some will suggest using an oven or a bucket of heat up, soapy water. These are revolutionary tactics and should simply be done under highly specific conditions. Talk with your pro shop. Personally, I avoid those devices.
lick it
wipe it and powdered it?
I left my bowling orb in the purse in my hot saloon. There was a puddle of grease in my backpack. The previous answer is a good answer.
Actually, my Pro Shop guy see no problem in "sweating" the globe. If you do, though, you should put it in a hot hose down bath (no soap). You will see an grease layer on the marine once your done.

Don't leave it within the car end in it can ruin the ball.

Oh, and this works for reactive ball. Plastic balls don't hold your attention much oil.
