I am 15 year elderly freshman and I run a 5:34 mile. Should I try out for track?
Question:I never ever run and the only foundation why I ran the mile be for a grade surrounded by personal fitness class. My coach said if I start training and actually start running I could become extraordinarily good.

yea because 1st rotten u don't try out for track, you automatically make the squad. 2nd a 5:34 is very virtuous for da mile fo some1 who doesn't train for it. trust me because im a state qualifier for the 100 and 200 meters in track

I run a 5:42 mile- I procure placed in the top masses times, so you will be better than me.Just be ready for tough training.

you know d*** powerfully 5:35 is a great mile time... it might not win but in four years you'll own it down to 5 flat or lower

That is markedly good. You should markedly try out for track. You may like it and if you do capably, you could always return with a scholarship to some college.

i can't tell you the number cuz i don't know it.
but i will tell you that if you live near a major city, there is probably at least one company in that city that specializes in fire fighting equipment (i.e., sells fire extinguishers, refills them, etc.). ask around and see if anyone you know owns a kegerator (refrigerator converted to support a keg). kegerators use CO2 to pressurize the keg. if you find someone that has one, they will probably know where you can get some CO2.

shafts dont really make much of a difference, as long as you have a nice head. if you insist, my friend has a kryptonite d-pole and it really good.
