Am I too big to be a flyer?

Question:Now I'm about 5'5 and I weigh roughly 127 or 126 pounds. I'm going to lose weight so I can be in good health. Right now I'm losing shipment and stuff. I'm gonna lose about 13 or 12 pounds. I enjoy alot of muscle, that's why I weigh that much, but I am a little chubby. Do you assume that is too much for a flyer? I am also okay at one a base, but individual a flyer is much easier for me. I'm going to try out for the middle school cheerleading squad. Thanks.
Answers:

well it depends on the other race trying out for the squad.
if they are bigger than you, you'll prolly be the flyer.
if they're smaller than you, they'll prolly be the base.
but no, your not extremely too big to be the flyer. i've seen lots of different relatives be flyers. so it just depends on the others.
obedient luck!!

Usually flyers aren't that tall and you do enjoy to be pretty skinny to be one. I am a cheerleader at my school and I also dais. All the flyers on my squad are like 90-100 pounds at most. But if you lose a couple pounds you should try out anyway!
Well, you don't want to be too towering because tall gangly cheerleaders usually aren't flyers (because their weight displacement is different).

This one girl on my squad be extremely skinny but she was so towering that she was going on for to fall somersaulting and the bases be practically crying from her weight.

If you're shorter, the basis have more control over you so they can do stunts.
No such entity as to tall...I once saw a flyer close at hand 6 foot at a meet.

Being heavier than the basis might hold you back but it really depends on how strong they are...

Oh yeah, and one heavy can be cancelled out by have better balance...Seriously it's easier for basis to hold a 160 dead straight girl than a 100 pound wiggle one...plus if you practice (do you have clinics?) as a flyer, you will enjoy experience and you have more of a indiscriminate they will take you as a flyer.

Ice skating and rollerblading?

Question:do any ice skaters surface that when they go roller blading they purely can't? i was at the roller rink and it be time to skate backwards and i kind forgot near was no toe pick and i fell really impossible on my elbow. i was a moment ago wondering if any other ice skater enjoy this problem too. i know i should just keep hold of practicing but i need to procure a new double act of roller blades since i grew out of my old ones. =]
Answers:

haha, yea, matching thing have happened to me, in truth. aren't we cool. XD
I played roller hockey for 6 years and then my high-ranking school get an ice hockey squad. Ice skating was 10 times easier for me later roller blading. I don't know much about the toe pick or what its for, but I do know that going spinal column to roller blading is harder.
This happened within an opposite why to me. I used to rollerblade as a kid and as i stopped i started rime skating and I found it extremely different! hah. I don't think i'll try rollerblading..
