What drills can i practice to draw from better at shot put?

Question:I need any method you own or can find that i can do to get better at shot put.

Do you float or spin?
My coach during practice has us do pushups, approaching 50 of them. Then we do whats called downs its lately pushing the shot into the ground like you are supposed to release it. Then she have us practice our glides without a shot. Then we throw from the front. I also hear that putting a broomstick like losing your neck and doing your skate helps because it make you stay closer to the ground.



Cheerleading!!!plea... give a hand!!!!!!~?

Question:i cant tumble or do anything in cheerleading!try-outs are lone 2 weeks away!what am i gonna do??????????...

Okay, first, practice some jumps. Try a toe touch and a gone herkie. To learn how to do these, walk to mspineapple.com, it helps alot. It is best to practice these on a trampoline. Learn how to do a thigh stand. Learn a few cheers that any rhyme with your academy colors or your school amulet. It is also best to learn how to do a cheer related spring.

Rodney mullen?

Question:does anyone know what skate gear rodney mullen uses. i mean similar to what wheels, pedals size, what bearings, what type of trucks

almost 7.6 deck, tensor low trucks, almost 51mm wheel, FKD ABEC 7 clear shield bearings, Mob Grip.
I am positive that he rides almost decks(he ownes the company), tensor trucks(he ownes that too), and almost wheels(owns too). I dont know nearly the rest though.



I need help with cheerleading?

Question:Okay so I have a few problems with cheerleading and I hope you can answer them seriously.
1. I want to be a flyer for cheerleading. I can hold still very well and I am good at being a flyer. But the problem is I'm currently 5'4 and I weigh 120. I am losing weight now and I'm only going to grow 1 or 2 more inches. ( I dont even know if I'm going to grow that much, lol.)

2. There is a very bratty girl trying out for cheerleading. She is way too fat and it's obviously she has no talent in cheerleading (or anything else for that matter.) The only thing she can do is be a big jerk.

3. I only started practicing for cheerleading about 3 days ago. The day I started I had to run 2 1/2 miles for P.E. My leg keeps hurting. The first day it didn't hurt that much, but the second day it started hurting. Is it just because I started cheerleading and I'm not that used to it yet?

i am a cheerleader and i am not bratty but anyways your legs probably hurt because your not use to running that long and all i have to say is ignore the jerks and they should leave you alone have fun in cheerleading i think its great oh and being a flyer usually depends on your height not so much weight i mean a fat girl can't fly but you don't have to be super skinny either if you want to talk or ask me any more questions e-mail me at cheerleaderchick9988(a)yahoo.com I'll be happy to talk to you
