Cheerleading tryouts...?
Question:i used to cheer in middle institution..someone wants me to for highschool and i havnt for a couple years..any tips?

How long do you enjoy until the tryouts? You should start conditioning and stretching to get into an even better shape. You could also work your jump at home. I wouldn't reccomend tumbling, unless if you have a trampoline to do it on or something. On the sunshine of the tryouts, make sure you ask question whenever you don't understand something. Practice make perfect!
Also, don't forget to smile and be sharp!
