Basketball or work out??

To be honest, Basketball is more fun and for the sake of 'healthy' exorcise it is physically better for your body ( exempting injury ) than any 'weightlifting' would be for you. However, when it comes to being 'physically fit' in the eyes of who probably matters to you ( not the heart surgeon ) Weightlifting offers a great deal of exorcise as well as builds muscle and adds a bonus to your physical appearance. I personally go to the weight-room every time I step in a gym, but if you want to go Pro, might want to stick to the courts.
Is Las Vegas going to enjoy a Professional sports troop?

They do have professional team, but they are minor league teams.
