I'm 16 years prehistoric, and I want my body more defined...how?

Question:I work out about 50 minutes respectively day, alternating routine respectively day (whatever my coach appoints). I can do 40-50 pushups surrounded by a set, but I can't bench all too much (125). My abs are outstandingly defined, but my chest is just kinda...at hand, with a touch protruding. If i put my right hand on my leftshoulder and my departed hand on my right shoulder, they get hold of really big..I was wondering if there's anything I can do to go and get them like that generally?

First off adjectives your still young and your body is varying. One thing that help in building muscle is getting your body's testosterone level increased. You can do this by working major muscled groups similar to your quads. Anouther think is you could be working too much and getting diminshing results. Lastly you need a low body obese percentage and that comes from diet and working out.

Question:What do you think of these choices? I REALLY want a TOYMACHINE and NOT a Element(overated) transmit me the pros and cons of toymachine and zero please. or if within really is a better board out there please right to be heard so. with adjectives the pros and cons of course

I really wouldnt recommend any of those. Zeros break easy and toy machines sort of crash down apart. I would go beside plan b, baker, zoo york, real,chocolate. Those are only a few good brands
nought lasts longer but the deck are kinda small. theyre kinda thin which manufacture is spin faster wen u do flip tricks
toymachine are heavy so u flip d board slower which but easier to stop wen ur landing.

both are good 4 street skating.but i resembling zero better
zero are great boards. they are the lghtest boards I know and are extremely menuverable (especially in flip tricks). The solitary con of zeros is that they snap confidently under pressure. This is lone a problem if you are jumping two foot gap or more. so that is where on earth you should draw the line. if you plan to step sets and gaps and rotten kickers and grinds, get the toy domestic device. if you are more into flatland flip tricks and boxes, get the nil.

It might be too soon for you to weightlift, but you can atleast do push ups. Try doing about 25 dailly and afterwards increase. Also high protein feast help promote muscle growth.
Drink milk, exercise, and find a job doing bulky lifting.
If you don't like weightlifting, after do a lot of pushups and pullups.
walk to the gym and workout or join a sport suc as swimming-it works out ur intact body if u go the gym channel just drink those protein shakes and ur muscles will build quicker

ok look i'm 14 and weigh 116 and am 5' 4" and what i did be i joined a gym and begin working out three times a week and i've even taken up track, cheerleading, and dance. Now u might want to try track or perchance even football if u think u can feel it. i mean almost any characteristics of sport will help you win into shape.
The best way to attain stronger is good aged manual labor. You can raise weights all you want, thats only just pretty muscle. If you want to get stronger find some support breaking work to do.
I am about your age and I used to move up but heard rumors just about stunting growth. So now I do pullups, crunches, and pushups. These are adjectives really good execises and will construct you larger and stronger.
