Find a bodybuilder at your nearest gym and see what supplements he uses (protein powders, energy drinks, etc) next go to Met/Rx or any reputable supplement store. Then start taking them and agree to the muscles grow.

You and me both chum! You and me both. I can't see people race around in a circle, using primary amounts of gas, and spending that kind of dough of late to say I'm number one. I do that every year, and don't get tempo at all. Look at my avatar. I do ride my bike to the restrictions, but I don't race surrounded by a circle for no reason.

Sideline cheer is about as much of a sport as shindig is. Competitive cheer is a sport, where you work knotty, if not harder, than surrounded by many other sports.

Question:I watched both games on tv and I just thought the crowd was louder on friday than the one tonight. I wish i could be at either game, but I dont have the money to scoop those tix.
