We're usually harder on ourselves more than anyone. When you feel those butterflies coming on, close your eyes and internalize it. Tell yourself that it's not nerves, but adrenaline. Tell yourself that you can surface it going thru your veins...when your heartrate increases, explain to yourself that it's your power to do great things on the court. i used to get hesitant too, but now i of late reverse that feeling and turn it into internal personal power. Always enjoy the mental picture of success-not just contained by volleyball, but in everything you do. Keep that hallucination with you adjectives the time. NEVER think you will go amiss at anything. Maintain a very humble, terribly confident state of mind. Things will definitely be better for you. It take practice--but being an athlete, you know that practice make us better. your mind is the most intricate and complex thing in the order of us..always exercise it.

Anyway the next year I run out did my thing and made it. So if you mess up lately shrug it off, giggle at your mistake and try again. You know your good now's the time to show it. Walk surrounded by with your pave the way up, chest out, and game facade on. 10 years later I've scholarly IF YOU WANT IT, TAKE IT, IF YOU DON'T SOMEONE WILL.
well if you practice profoundly before. later you will know that in your wherewithal that you can do it. just travel through the motions of the drills. and you'll do good

Answers:
your mom is right and wrong a the same time...unpossible you say but it's true. I think it's a good idea to know all the parts of a skatebaord before you get one, but you're a beginner and it's not neccesary so you'll survive not knowing because you'd eventually learn from experiance. I wish mor epeople would just do some search and destroy there'd me less stupid questions asked in here, takes 5 minutes to find all this stuff on the net.
A truck or hanger as it's sometimes called is what the wheels go on, the bearings go on the wheels. It's pretty self explainitory if you have a complete skateboard to look at, but here's some reaserch for you too look at, makes it more simple than me just explaining because you can SEE the parts as well. Good luck
