I need help on my scale for cheerleading?
Question:I'm in cheerleading and i'm a flyer for the varisty rec team i'm 13 and my coach want me to work on my scale because they want me to go straight out but i don't know how to stretch for it and also i need to work on doing my split and straddle can u tell me wht stretches i can do to improve on my skills

Do leg lunges, they always work for me. You can start off bending your back a little when you do your scale, but when you bring your leg up, make it more straight.

We went to bring back one for Ashlee at the used store and they were over $100 (dollars). We run out screaming and had to achieve our Dad to give us more money. They be all give or take a few the same price and the guy can explain what is best within the store.

some examples of good deck are: blind, almost, girl, flip, zero, baker, plan B, mystery ect.
but I would articulate that the best skateboards are the new chain of blind decks (the ones near ronnie creager and james craig and jake brown on it and the little dude looks kinda like kenny from south park.) those are great deck because they have a upright pop and have seven ply instead of 6 so they are stronger but they are basically as light, second best choice is Plan B.
fitting wheels are: Bones and plan B
appropriate bearings are: bones item ect. but make sure they are abec 7 (then they are faster)
and moral trucks are : Royal, destructo, tensor and thunder.

why dont you trick him into unfolding you what kind of skateboarding stuff he like or wants and afterwards go out and gain it for him...Some people resembling myself will only skate certaint boards bearing or trucks and you wouldnt want to get him somthing he dont resembling if he is anything like me when it comes to skateboards.I can report to you that Plan B is the best board you can buy period as i enjoy riden alot of other companys boards and they just dont compare at adjectives to Plan B decks..Just win him to start talking just about skating and listen in to the first name brands he says and travel looking then...

Des anyone else get hold of call a goth when skateboarding?
Question:I used to skateboard and used to p*ss me off the amount of populace who called me a goth, and i dont even dress resembling one. does anyone else have this problem?

I'm not a goth* and I don't skateboard but as far as I know, goths dress within black with sweet make-up and do up their bedroom's like Dracula's crypt. I don't see it have anything to do with urban sports.

No I be only call a skater, Half the time I wear skater clothes and the other half I wear American Eagle but i still procure called a skater, never a goth.
