Good well padded gym anywhere?
Question:I live near uxbridge, nw london, and am trying to find a good well equipt gym, where I can practice powerising (spring loaded stilts) I need somewhere with good crash mats, so I dont break my neck when tryin out filps for the first time! lol
Anyone know of a good gym around the london area, thats not £1000 an hour lol

Why does it seem to be that so frequent profession athletes die young-looking?
Question:For example the link at the bottom of this page. You would ponder that professional athletes would be the embodiment of robustness, yet it seem that so many die of one ailment or another. Why is that?

Besides steroids, I ruminate a lot of them hold found they are suddenly in the money untimely on in their career and they don't know how to handle it. So they are out partying resembling they will live forever and think they are invicible. They aren't, unsurprisingly, and thus you see a lot of them win into stupid accidents, commit suicide, over-excess of a moment ago about everything. There too, I focus the strain of professional sports makes them work harder at their chosen work, and you see some of them suddenly die of heart failure, etc. from existing conditions they didn't know they have before, that suddenly appear because of the extra strain they are putting on themselves. Combined beside drugs and booze...not always the grip, but sometimes...it's a killer.
It's a speedily lifestyle, I assume.
Steroids
Steroids, feelings of plainness leading to suicide, injury or prescription knock about.
Just goes to show that when it is your time to dance you go. Most professional athletes over work their body and the body does not own time to heal it self. Constantly stretching muscle and ligaments and the incompatible of the body while practicing or playing all explanation the body to be in constant beneficial mode, that can't be good for anyone.
Manly do to Steriod within take, because steriods not individual help next to building muscle but they also build mucle and increase the size of your organs example: your heart. YOur heart than over works its self resulting a storke or heart attack usually leading to extermination.

Im a D1 college athlete and I know I pretty much live in the training room. I come in this season beside a cast on my arm for a torn ligament and immediately am out for up to 4 months for a stress fracture in my femur. I know so tons other athletes that have have uncomprehensively high numbers of injuries throughout their occupation. Playing sports for so long and at such a high plane puts alot of stress on the body as well as the mind and emotion. All the training and playing that athletes endure is more than some athletes bodies can get through so they break down.
They live life on the snake, really. They take risks (i.e. drugs, beer, Ben Roethlesberger, etc.). If they don't live smart they are lucky to return with to 40.
Because they are human and all humans die eventually. Non athletes also die young at heart.
Any tips for long distance running within track?

Wow, fail-safe question for me. I'm a long distance runner too! You want to slow your breathing as much as possible. Breath basically fast ample so that you feel resembling you're getting enough oxygen. Arm drive is critical because the better your arm drive is, the better your stride will be, and the faster you will turn without have to work as hard. Your arms should be bent at almost a 90 degree angle, and you should swing them contained by a full range of motion. That is, your hand should go from simply behind your hip to almost up to your chin. Keep hand and fingers relaxed, no stiff fingers or fists. Keep your body straight, and your head forward. Your strides should be moderately long, and your foot should land from heel to toe on the ground.
The biggest item for distance runners is endurance, which can individual come from hard work and training. The more you run, the more serenity you will gain. Endurance combined with a smooth, relaxed stride make for a good distance runner. Get used to a relaxed and even so quick-paced stride and gain the endurance to be capable of keep going near that stride for a long time. I know that was long, but I hope it help you out! Keep relaxed, do not tense your shoulders and arms. Let your arms swing hindmost to front, not side to side have your elbows at 90 degree, they do not change. If you are race you should run an even pace, don't retrieve it for the last knees or 100 meters. You can run a faster race if you run evenly. Take long breaths, not short gasping breaths. A trick is to blow out the upper air, not suck it in.
Why do the cameramen surrounded by skateboard video put their foot over the lens after a sequence?
Question:I've seen this mostly within amateur "sponsor me" tapes. Why is this done? Is in that a purpose to it? Is it just something "cool" they saw and are trying to emulate far too commonly?

just between you and me - so copious time in endeavour shots we forget to stop the camera and scene are shot that may not be in the skater best interest so we put are foot over the lens and it's easier to edit ,dust protection lots foundation i guess never really thought about it much ...correct luck
