i'll answer surrounded by order of the road you listed your items.
-don't buy the reds ion. you're spending 100 bux more on a modern plastic body and grips. just buy a stock ion..
-pulse is a great loader. you could probably take home due with a nimbus or even an egg. pulse is top of the line though
-is that a 70ci reservoir? that's great. you can tuck in pretty efficiently and still have adequate air to play vertebrae. don't expect to play front easily beside a tank similar to that though.
-well paint is paint...you're probably better off near x-ball paint but this doesn't really matter too much.
-NO BLACKHEART. you want a definite board? go beside the scenario dreams t-board ($80ish). that's best of the cheap. other good ones are the lucky board, the uprightness board, and the tadao board. those 3 are pretty expensive though.
-mantis packs aren't that right. if you're going to spend 35 on a pack. look into the empire fast pack..or something approaching that. it's just better within everyway.
-good feedneck
-trigger is a preference entry. so this is up to you. i personally similar to the VP scythe trigger.
-never used these goggs. heard they're okay. if it's well-mannered enough for ollie lang it should be angelic enough for you.
-don't wear smart parts apparel. turn with any empire, JT, dye, or evil. if it's too expensive look for websites that still have elder circa ones around.
-good choice of gloves
so yeah there ya shift. you will also want to go to your local sports authority or anything and pick up some cheap $20 cleats. if you're going to be getting a new board a QEV would be a nice accessory too. the smart parts 360 QEV is good or you can newly get a clippard qev. except that you should be good to budge for a tournament. good luck
The drastically first thing you should buy is a obedient solid carbon fiber HPA tank, Pure Energy tank are very honest and relatively inexpensive. Ion's are about the bottom of the container for tournament guns, and if you have the money look at the Epiphany, PMR(Proto Matrix Rail) or Invert Mini. Alternately, you can find greatly good upgraded guns that are solitary a few years old on www.pbnation.com . The singular thing I reccomend is that you don't buy anything elder than 05. Good luck getting your gear.
I love skateboarding but I hold no where on earth to skate, I know I am suppose to be creative, but theres more to it..
Question:I've skated since i was 11 years antediluvian and I love it, but theres no place to skate, I live in the country. Is it tough to make a partly pipe?
Because thats what I've been thinking roughly. But I'm not the ricjest person around, is it expensive to find the parts to make a partly pipe? Plz help.
Answers:
thier is a few option for you to take and to answer you interview about mini ramp yea if you want a good one they are expensive but a fully clad one will run you close to 500 $ as i built my far share of mini ramps and most run about 600 and afterwards i built some that ran give or take a few 1600...
If you got a nice flat spot around your house you can other just work on your flip tricks and research most of them you can and take it to switch and swot up them both ways which is fun but can get boring too at times..A awfully fun thing to skate to be exact cheap and under 100 $ is a fun box to skate and if you can manufacture it wide ample you can also have a manuel wipe with it instead of freshly a grind box and you can always do tons of stuff next to them..What about newly a quater pipe if you have the flat ground as economically thier fun to skate and run about 200 bucks...
Yeah. Constructing a fully clad half-pipe could cost you more than $700. So you don't have that money and the space needed, you are gonna enjoy to figure something else out.
Good luck.
hi lately go around town looking for stairs and rail i had duplicate problem but my friends helped me. ask your friends if they no aney locale sk8 spots
your friend derreck
Well I aspiration I could help you out but the singular advice I own is to try and make a box that isn't to not easy or expensive you can even stack a lot of cider blocks together to craft a box or you can get a guiderail all you necessitate for a rail is a pipe and bricks next to a concave or if you can't find bricks with a concave after you could file it or something.
other knowledgeable just practice on the grass and stuff, because rodney mullen be stuck in like situation and he became a pro after with the sole purpose 3 years skating.
or ask your parents to take you to town and stuff on the weekends ect. sometimes.
I do this and I made my own railing and it is working for me.
hope this helps.
try freestyle skating. dance to how2skate.com. or u could buy some plywoods and make ur own ramp. use some big rocks and put it on the bottom for support

High Jumping?
Question:Alright, I just joined track and sadly there is no High Jump groups. I want to know if anyone knows a good website that can help me train to be a good High Jumper. I am a beginner, 16 years old, 5 ft. tall, and have an average body (Asian). Does anyone know any good tips on what I should do to practice? I have not had any experience in High Jumping before. I expect running in track will help me with high jumping and also build my legs for jumping.
Also, I tire easily after running for about ten minutes, and find it hard breathing. The weather right now is a bit windy, is it because of the cold air that makes it harder to breathe or is it my fault? I haven't ever had a hard time breathing when I was in Tae Kwon Do (which I took for 6 years before quitting three years ago). Also does it matter what sneakers you wear for running? I don't usually like wearing heavy shoes/sneakers. I prefer flat shoes but what ever shoe you believe is best, I'll respect your opinon.
Answers:
Okay, well, let me start by just saying that I am the same age as you,I'm also Asian, and I'm on my school's track team.. I know that you can find some good advice by searching high jumping on yahoo or any other search engine, but I'll try to help you with what I know.
Though I am part of the track team, I'm primarily a sprinter, and secondary long-jumper. However, I have tried the high jump and listened to my coach when she instructs them. I have made many errors, and it is critical to learn from errors and improve them. So learn from my mistakes =]
First off, the running in track does not help that much with the actual jump, but increases the speed of your approach as well as strengthening your muscles. With many jumpers using the right approach, the height (distance if long-jumping) is proportional to the speed and force used in the approach.
Some good practice for the HIGH JUMP would include:
A warm up consisting of heel-raises with an appropriate weight in front of you. The weight could be a nice heavy backpack or a weight hugged to your chest. Stand on a step or bench with your heels hanging off the bench and stand on tiptoes to stretch out and strengthen your jumping muscles.
Next, if you have access to bleachers or stadium steps, start jumping steps. One set will consist of jumping up the steps with one foot and landing on both feet, going up again with the other foot and landing on both feet, and then jumping with both feet and landing with both feet. This will work to get your legs warmed up and ready to jump. Do 3 sets of these.
Step-ups also help with explosive-ness (when you push off the ground to achieve your height.) Stand on the ground in front of a bench and step onto the bench with one foot using your jumping muscles, and bring the other leg up into a knee drive. Then step back down with the leg that came up first followed by the other. After doing 20 reps on one leg, swap legs and do 2-3 sets of each.
Jump-rope can help with explosiveness, as can bounding. You may also want to try squats to strengthen the rest of your leg.
Stretching prevents injuries, and stretching the back allows for a better arc to cross the bar. Jumping without an arc and without the correct form will lead to your butt knocking the bar off. The form is extremely important, because without the form I can only jump around 4'4" (I'm 5'6"-7"), while my friend who is around 5'9" jumps 5" with the correct form.
BREATHING
When breathing, try to breathe in through your nose and let out the air through your mouth. If you can't breathe through your nose, breathe in through the mouth and hold the air inside your body for a second or half a second before breathing back out; this allows for the cold air to warm up inside the body. Too much cold air will cause cramps and won't be as useful. When you were doing Tae Kwon Do, I assume you were inside, so the air inside was warmer than breezy wind.
SHOES
Shoe-wise, it'd be much safer to use tennis shoes. The traction ensures that you won't lose grip on the track and fall and the cushion in front of the ankle helps prevent shin splints, (shin splints, pain in the shins, can keep you out of training for a few days to a few weeks, because practicing with shin splints can lead to larger injuries.)
