Almost and plan b make great deck, exceptionally light and own great pop. Element has a fiber deck but I dislike intensely element so doesn`t matter what get what you want. I never complained to much in the order of decks I can pretty much do equal on them all.
Almost uses a fiber neutral resine on all their deck makes them lighter than most.
Bones make th ebest bearings bones red or more expencive bones swiss, or bones swiss terracotta their all great bearing
Spitfire, Pig, Bones all variety great wheels, I use spitfires and bones other have and other will just can't cadence the best.
As for trucks Thunder and independant make the best and lightest krux come right subsequent in procession, krux migh tbe lighter but thunder and indys are light and completely durable, never failed me even so.
so with adjectives this you should be set to go shopping for some current toys for your board. Good luck and have fun
i devise krux are the best trucks overall. ive been through a ton of boards and i construe you should get a DGK or I don`t know a
Plan B board. Those are the only 2 that really closing me awhile be4 they break. get you some lucky ceramics bearing or some bone swiss. spitfires are usually the general tiller most would choose but there are also rictas which ive never skated be4. hoped this help!
Decks: best decks are Plan B, almost, blind, mystery and flip but the best deck are the rodney mullen uber light deck from almost and the hottest blind decks.
The lightest deck is the rodney mullen uber hurricane lantern it also has the best pop.
The best bearing are Bones, Ninja, swiss and RED.
The best wheels are Bones by far but spitfire and Plan B also sort good wheel.
and incase you wanted to know the best trucks are Indepenent, Thunder, Royal, Krux, Destructo, Silver and Tensor I would recomend Destructo trucks.

this is my set up and what i will only ride becouse i trust the product and i own riden them for a long time except the decks since they of late came rear legs out...
Back in the unpaid 80s early 90's i rode Plan B deck and now they enjoy made thier come back its the just board i will ride anymore great shape has alot of pop and they ultimate a long time...Other deck i use to ride were not anything boards before plan b come back out...
Trucks i singular ride tensor trucks or indys before tensor come out..
Bearings i will go near black panters or tensors new good posture which ride pretty nice and smooth..
Wheels i use to ride autobahn or rictas but im trying out a set of plan b wheels right in a minute and i like them alot...

Question:I am a freshman and i play soccer. I just started to run track about 3 months ago and I ran a 4 35 mile time. is this good for a person who just started to run? I dont know if i should run xc next year or continue to play soccer
