What is the world's most intense sports rivalries?
Question:I ask this question because since most or us Americans tend to focus merely on our culture and no one else's, we tend to forget that here are sports fans within other countries also. There has to be more intense rivalries than the Red Sox vs. Yankees.

I enjoy read an article on the biggest sports rivalries. They did a top ten and as a matter of reality the Yankees/Red Sox actually made the top 10. However, that be the only North American Rivalry that made the index.
To answer your question, the biggest sports rivalry surrounded by the world has to be the Celtic FC vs the Ranger FC. These are two soccer team that share the city of Glasgow, Scotland. They have be playing each other since 1879. This rivaly is call the Old Firm and it crosses political and religious boundaries as well. People who support the Celtic troop usually are Catholics who believe that Scotland should be independent and support Ireland while the ones who support the Ranger FC are nationalists who are loyal to the British Crown and are member of the Anglican Church.

well the most i run it the 400 and in practice we tend to run 600 and more so it get easier in the 400 for me. i dont know but u can try doin more for a while or else just start with 200 and run your way up.
