Stx is a good brand. So is brine and warrior it depends on if your getting the total stick..or just the shaft or the director..I personally resembling Warrior shaft with a brine boss...but it's different with girls lax.
I recommend going to a local store which have equipment and trying out some sticks(for feel). A lot of it is person savour. For a head, opt if you want to use leather strings or mesh. If you are new, i recommend going near mesh so that you don't have to verbs about fixing your strings closely, or the leather getting messed up in the precipitation. If you are a beginner, don't verbs about getting an expensive stick, you can other get a better one latter. Otherwise, if you want to look at some sticks, within are lots of online stores like lax.com that own huge selections. But again, its fundamentally personal taste, so try out a friends or be aware of some and find which one you like.
If you're playing girl's lacrosse, deBeer and STX are probably two of the better brands. I use a deBeer Apex organizer with a Warrior Heroine shaft. Works wonders. It's a bit top-heavy and the paint strips stale of the shaft easily. It's an overall nice stick, though.

Why do women usually play Softball, and Men play Baseball?
Answers:
Most women do not have the velocity to pitch overhand as within baseball nor have as strong hand/eye coordination and power. Thus a larger bubble and underhand is used. Keep in mind I said MOST. This is majority, but at hand are surely some quality women that could do it.
Because women are soft.
Because unfortnetly the MLB does not believe surrounded by womans rights. They feel baseball should single be played by men.
Two reasons I can dream up of:
The field is smaller, so it is easier for girls to throw these distances. Secondly, pitching underhand is easier for the shape of a woman's body. Actually, pitching underhand is more organic than pithcing overhand (but that's another question).
As for hitting - it's tough in both sports. Those woman who can hit a 90 mph softball, could probably hit a 90 mph baseball.
There are no woman's hardball league out there for young at heart females to play...and boy play hard orb because they want to be pros
We don't like aid women off the plate near a 95 mph fastball buzzing their eyebrows.

Question:I'm 13, i'll be 14 in july. Track Starts for me tommorow in my junior high. I'm exactly 5' 7''. Also I am 123 1/2 pounds. I'm a okay at running. What would proabably be a good time for me for a 100m, 200m,400 m, 800m, and 1600 m run. Tommorrow we will probably do those so i'm wondering what times i should aim for.the last time i ran 100m and was timed I got 18.5 sec...I'm probably better now because I am better than i was last may. Anyway please give me some times that someone of my height, age, and weight should aim for.

Just ran a couple of races my times were
100m - 11.73sec
200m - 23.34sec
400m - N/A - didnt qualify
800m - 1:25mins
1600m - 4:34.55 ... I set a new record for that
I would say i'm an ok runner for my age
