Doing too much...HELP?

Question:I am 16 years old i am currently enrolled in school i'm playing basketball for an AAU league, i'm on my schools track team i have a full time job and i have a boyfriend and a family that i can never spend time with! I can't handle all of it but i always try to finish what i start. Help plz!
Answers:

It is time to start planning out a schedule, hang it up on the wall and pencil in personal time as well. Right now you will have more energy than any other time in your life, you will never be able to do as much as you can for the next 5 years or so, so start working out a schedule and whittle away activities that are not going to help you do what you want. If you prefer basketball then quit track, if you want to keep track, then ask for a reduction of hours at work, or plan out specific weekends for family and boyfriend and work around your busy schedule.

hey i'm a varsity thrower from TN and thats not doomed to failure for jr high but soaring school you want in the order of fifty or more feet. I basically got put money on from a meet and a guy threw fifty six foot and i noticed that he moved across the ring vastly quickly, low and this will nouns funny added in a power yell/grunt. Focus on moving soon, low, and hard across the ring after explode to get a better throw.
Well the 12 pound is the size for lofty school. Your throwing it 35 foot, I can be honest with you surrounded by saying your surrounded by the middle. If you want to be good and win against other school you want to be 45 feet or longer.
The polite thing here is your singular in the 8th position and you have sometime to prepare.
How are you throwing it? If your not doing it already, please revise the spinning technique, you'll see a difference.
I hope this helped.
Since it is a 12 pound shot put your doing roughly speaking ok you could improve by working your arms, but most importantly work your leg muscles.

Is cheerleading a sport?

Answers:

YES YES YES!!! Let's see half of you try to throw someone up contained by the air and confine them safely! Or let see you do a round off wager on handspring back tuck! It take a to to do what we do, we tumble, we jump, we throw and elevate people contained by the air, our work out is intense and more. It's liberal of like football next to out the sweaty guys and ball. Football have the super bowl and cheerleading has Nationals and Regionals. Each squad, like within football, try to earn their top spot in these contests.
NO
it's more of a sport than numeral skating
I would say it depends on what even your talking in the order of. It gets fairly intense in some large schools and high levels. Yes, I would read aloud it is a sport.
It is a sport. I think its stupid though
Yes... and no.
It's one of those goings-on which the people who excercise it would approaching to call a sport, because it make what they're doing sound more 'sporty'.
There's a similar discussion give or take a few Darts. Dart-players like to hail as theirs a sport, the rest of the world mocks them (not in the least possible because their training consists of drinking beer).

As for cheerleading: Yes, there is serious physical stir involved, but somehow that doesn't make it a sport. Are nearby competitions? I suppose not many.
Even if near are competitions, the purpose of the cheerleading is not to compete, be the best, win anything, or break some record.
And what correct are cheerleaders without anything to cheer for? What would an olympic cheerleading contest look similar to?

The purpose of cheerleading is to cheer up events.
There is nothing wrong next to that, and it's definitely become a tradition.

But that does not trademark it a sport, sorry.
