Golf Questions and Answers
Why did my 7 and 8-irons break? I hit the globe solidly surrounded by both cases, and the cranium broke bad from the shaft.?
Question:Has anyone else experienced something similar? This occurred today (my 8-iron) and around 1 month ago (my 7-iron). My irons are Callaway Hawkeye VFTs.
Answers:
Callaway isn't that like inferior equipment Phil Mickelson uses , I guess that answers that question .
what the hell callaways within what I'd have if I be a doctor or a lawyer making money.I dunno man conceivably the asians finally got p*ssed sour and decided to ruin our korean clubs.
Well, if the pave the way slid off, after my guess would be a bad delivery of glue.
Callaway , Hmmmmm, not exactly the best standard .
either doesn`t matter what they use to stick the clubhead and shaft together came stale, or you could have rust that made your shaft and clubhead weaker. Remember to wipe your clubs when they're showery.
I have no notion, but one time I saw someones driver head tip out right off the shaft at the driving extent when he swung it. It was pretty funny.
I'm presuming that the herald didn't actually detach from the shaft, but a bit the shaft broke off at the point where on earth it enters the hosel (metal tube that it slides into).
I'm also presuming that your shafts are graphite a bit than steel.
I had this appear on two of my irons last year, and while puzzling over this I arrived at a few possibilities:
1) possible out of place construction. With graphte shafts, clubmakes are supposed to make sure that the inside of the hosel is beveled to decline stress on the graphite shaft.
2) Inferior graphite shafts. I had my irons assembled by one of those online clubmakers, but go with the "default" graphite shafts - which are cheap. I'm guessing low cost graphite shafts are more prone to breaking, due to inferior bits and pieces and construction.
3) Just hitting the ground too hard beside them. If you watch slo-mo of an iron striking a bubble you realize that the shaft bends quite a bit and here is a lot of stress on the bottom of the shaft. With an iron, added stress is added at the point of impact when the clubhead slams into the turf - or in the grip of a driving range into a strong mat. Snap-ola.
Note that I get the depression that cold weather adds to a graphite shaft's propensity to snap bad.
After my experience I decided never to gain graphite shafts on irons again.
I was on the driving variety at my home club and this happened to a player within front of our pro. The pro said the Hawkeyes are notorious for this- it have to do with the plastic ferrule they use to attach the boss to the shaft. He took this club to return to Callaway- contact your local pro, he may be able to do something for you...
Those are not exactly unknown models I would say continual hit to the ground will eventualy result within broken heads. Or the epoxy getting loose. Do you hit stale of a mat at the range? Theres lot of reason. Replacing shafts isn't that expensive.
I think it's because your golf club is matured, then inside the club, it be already a little broken. But consequently, when you keep playing next to it, the club will break. I've experienced that already.
There are a number of reason that this could have happend:
1) You hold a tendency of abuse your clubs. ie: banging your club guide on the ground after a bad shot. the club be probably already cracked and it just finally broke
2) The club organizer did not break, it simply came stale the hosel, ie: you washed your clubs, and submerged the club guide past the ferrules(plasting rings) and the gum was weekend
3) The clubs suck, buy a fresh set, I reccomend Mizuno MP 67 if your are good, if you suck after get Mizuno MX-25

As a not here hended golfer how can I prevent myself from slicing stale the nouns?
Answers:
"If you setup correctly, there’s a good occasion you’ll hit a reasonable shot, even if you take home a mediocre swing. If you setup to the ball poorly, you’ll hit a lousy shot even if you spawn the greatest swing in the world." - Jack Nicklaus
Most hooks and slices are a result of your stance and set up and the style your bring your wrists through the stike zone. It's the same for right and moved out handers. Try the following to ensure you give yourself the best unpredictability of hitting the target.
Alignment
At address your body (feet, knees, hips, forearms, shoulders and eyes) should be positioned parallel to the target line. When view from behind, a right-handed golfer will appear aimed slightly gone of the target. This optical illusion is created because the orb is on the target line and the body is not.
Ball Position
The globe placement varies near the club you select. From a flat lie:
o Play your short irons (wedges, 9-iron and 8-iron) within the center portion of your stance. These clubs have the most adjectives lie angles and they must be swung at the steepest angle, and you should help yourself to a divot in front of the globe.
o Your middle irons should be played one ball toward the target-side foot from center (a orb left of center for the right-handed golfer). These clubs own a slightly flatter lie angle and you should bring a slightly shallower divot than with the short irons.
o The correct bubble position for the long irons and fairway woods is two balls toward the target-side foot from center (two ball left for the right-hander). With these clubs, the bubble should be struck directly at the bottom of the swing arc with outstandingly little divot.
o The driver is played farthest forward (three ball left of center for the right-hander) to strike the bubble on the upswing.
Balance
Your weight should be floating on the balls of the foot, not on the heels or toes. With short irons, your weight should be 60-percent on the target side foot (left foot for right-handers). For middle iron shots the mass should be 50/50 or equal on each foot. For your longest clubs, place 60% of your weightiness on the backside foot (right foot for right-handers). This will help you swing the club on the correct angle on the spinal column swing.
The Arms and Hands
At address, your hands should hang down just forward of your zipper (just stale the inside of your target side thigh). The hands-to-body distance varies depending on the club you are hitting. A perfect rule of thumb is hands "a palm’s width" (photo, below left) from the body for short and middle irons (4 to 6 inches) and "a palm’s length" (photo, below right) - from the bottom of the wrist to the tip of your middle finger - for long irons and woods.
The shaft of the club will appear to lean slightly toward the target beside your short irons because the ball is positioned contained by the center of your stance. With your middle irons, the shaft of the club will lean only slightly toward the target (or not at all) since the orb is forward of center. With long irons and woods, your hands and the shaft of the club will appear to be contained by line. Again, as the globe position moves forward, the hands stay surrounded by the same place so the lean of the shaft disappears. With a driver, the shaft will lean away from the target.
Your arms and shoulders should form a triangle and the elbows should point to the hips.
Tension
At address the upper body should be rigidity free. You may feel rigidity only down the inside of the put a bet on leg.
Remember: "Your swing evolves from your setup." If you focus on this vital pre-swing fundamental, you are more expected to improve your carrying out. A good setup does not guarantee nouns, however it improves your likelihood immensely.
GOOD LUCK!
Get yourself a set of left hand big easy's...
I cant reccommend Big Easy's enough! Ive gone from playing past its sell-by date 16 to playing off 12 since ive be using them...

stance
Its been awhile and I am a right hand golfer, but here goes. First stale get you a orb that reduces slices and hooks yea they are out near. Then if I remember right, I will have to reverse this, its a tip I get. Once you line your nouns off shot up and your primed hit the ball, move your not here foot back almost 2 inches. Then tee sour see if that works for you.
left or right,
carry a stronger grip, see 2 knuckels on the leading paw when you grip the club.
slow down your swing, practice so that your driver doesnt carry for more than 150 yard
try to hit a hook shot deliberatley.
i wouldve given you a free lesson if you were within the GTA
simple
over-extend your right thumb. I mean fashion a big point of over extending it. stretch it out nice and far.
Keep everything else about your grip the exact same.
Also, try moving your not here foot back roughly speaking half a foot-length contained by your stance. Keep your swing the same.
start on your stance and aim for the inside of the ball, try to verbs in that gone elbow so it touches your side, in the middle of your downswing. And most importantly other remember to extend down the target line as far as you possibly can. If you do adjectives of this, a high draw should result.
15 year hoary, 4 handicap
Which pro golf tournaments own the best payout for the champ? Do the 4 "major" tournaments money the most?
Answers:
Most of the majors offer prize moeny of around $7,000,000 smaller quantity than many of the other tournaments.
The cooperation below give you the chronicle of PGA event and the purse money for each. Typically 18.5% of the total purse go to the winner.
Each of the world golf tournament event along near the Tournament player championship give $8,000,000. purses more than the majors.
The FedEx cup with its huge bonus money make all the other tournaments give the impression of being like misers. Although technically a series of events look at the bonus money at stake.
FedEx Cup Bonus Structure
The FedEx Cup will award a total of $35 million within bonus money at the conclusion of the Playoffs including $10 million to the FedEx Cup Champion, the largest single bonus payout in sports.
TPC Sawgrass is a 1.44 million dollar successful share this year. The Master's was solely.yeah, only 1.3 million.
It depends on the LPGA principal or the PGA major. For LPGA majors, it's around $300.000, i ponder the 4 major tournaments pay packet the most. And for PGA majors, it's around $1.000.000 .
