Tiger wasn't competent to do this because he used the easiest club. He did it because he practiced. Don't look for the easiest way to do something, swot up to do it the right way.
I approaching using a sand wedge or a lob block.
Lob wedge 60 deg ro 58 deg. The motivation is that they have a broad open angle and considerable face for you to hit a orb. Also, they have the shortest shaft lenght and easier to control.

I other use my lob wedge for this. While I hold tried it with other clubs and have a little nouns, I've always found it easier next to the lob wedge(60 degree). For one, the face it pretty much as flat as you can take. Also, the shaft is the shortest of all clubs, making it even easier to control it. As far as hitting it, I haven't have any problems hitting it. I have tried adjectives clubs, and again, I find it easier to hit the log wedge because of the short shaft. Just my inference and what works best for me. Experiment yourself and see what is best for you.

Par- the amount of shots expected to put ball surrounded by cup (score 0)
Birdie - putting ball within cup in one shot smaller quantity than par (score -1)
Eagle- putting ball surrounded by cup in two shots smaller amount than par (score -2)
Bogey- putting the ball within the cup one shot over par
Double bogey- ball surrounded by cup two over par
Drive- First shot of the whole taken from the nouns
Fairway- short grass in the middle of the grazing land of play
Rough-Longer grass around the fairway
The lower the score the better.

A birdie is a score on an individual hole explicitly one stroke below par. On a par-4, a score of 3 is a birdie; on a par-5, a mark of 4 is a birdie; on a par-3, a score of 2 is a birdie.
Say you are at a hole that have a sign "Par 5". That means that you hold 5 swings to get the globe into the hole. If you can get it surrounded by 4 swings, that is call a birdie (or one under par).
