I'm sore from golfing 18 holes, how can I relieve the affliction?
Question:I'm taking a couple of motrin and streching but what else can I do? What can I do when I'm golfing that won't make me sore? Any will comfort I havve two tournaments back to put money on.

make sure you stretch back..once your body gets accustomed to the movements involved it because smaller amount and less aching.

try to stretch out until that time you play. especially your arms, neck, and rear legs. they take the most harm during a round. and if you have access to it, capture in a hot tub afterwards. i used to do that when i played and it worked wonders. also you might try getting a open tissue massage. costly sometimes but welll worth it.
Listen, this may nouns a little stale but I've been playing competitive golf for 13 years. If I own a tournament where I've get to walk 36 afterwards I'm usually pretty sore the next hours of daylight. So I've learned to drink tons of hose down before ther tournament and guzzle bananas the night until that time. Then about an hour earlier the round take 2 tablespoons of olive grease and continue drinking river and eat at smallest a banana durring the round. Trust me, the soreness will not appear.

drink alot of hose down - it keeps you hydrated and your muscles hold a smaller chance of cramping or getting too sore - I thought it be bs myself but I started drinking 2 gallons of water a sunshine about a year ago and even when I jump rock climb or snow board, I really don't get as sore as I used to

Question:Tiger Woods is the best professional golfer ever. No offense because it SUCK his father died. He isnt really compared to Phil, more normally is his stats are compared to all the greatest golfers to hold ever graced the activity. He is on his way to shattering adjectives those records. Hands down he is the greatest golfer of adjectives time.

I don't know... but I really congratulate him since the first day i saw him play golf... i similar to him,he so natural.
Over the years in that has usually be two or more players that seem to compete for the big win. One well agreed match-up was Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus. Tiger Woods have been so dominate but for a while Phil Mickelson seem to step into that rival role but once again Tiger Woods has begin to dominate again... The PGA Championship results make that clear!

When you look at who is playing golf today you don't have to look far to see who are the strongest players and determined. Tiger and Phil move about about playing differently but inside they are both strong minded and want to win. I'm sure other golfers can play and own a mind set to win. Up to now, adjectives we know about is TIGER AND PHIL...they are the ones doing adjectives the scoring and get surrounded by the news. I hope their examples will obtain the others to focus and play just as economically. Tiger's training from both his father and mother from what I've read really has come through when you see Tiger within his "taking care of business" routine he get in everytime he plays.

With golf, every golf course is different. There may be an answer for this but as every course is different, the results arnt as good.
It would not be on shots, but the train result in how copious under (eg. -13) as if you score -10 on a par 70 course, your score would be 60.
If you score one better on a par 72 course (-11) your score would be 61. The par 70 course would be you worse round but you still win one shot less in black and white.

There own been plentiful 59s but i think 58 may be the lowest round ever im sure someone have shot a 57 but not ob the pga tour.

First I would want a little better definition of "good", because surrounded by golf "good" is relative to how much time you put into practice. I'm a 2-time high academy state champion so I've played some "good" giant school golf. If you are looking to verbs to college golf then you've get to consistantly be breaking 75 in tournaments. 74's won't obtain you into top notch school like Georgia Tech or Arizona State but will capture the attention of some Division II and III schools where on earth you can go, compete, and grow. A lot of guys I know on tour come from DII and DIII schools.
If you're goal aren't to play at the next plane then I'd speak breaking 80 is pretty darn good. The fastest approach to do this is to start at the cup and work backwards. ie; practice putting, then pitching, later your long game. I promise it's the merely and fastest way to lower score.
for my high academy golf team, which i play on, a worthy score is between 70-85.
Mid 70's would usually win the job done.

Im 13 and not on golf troop yet but i shoot close to 85-90 so if ur on highschool team you should prolly should shoot from approaching 80-90 on 18 holes.
[i don't know if you're still wondering, but] it depends where you live. Where I live contained by California, competition is majorly crazy, and people enjoy to shoot Mid 70's to have a neutral shot.
i don't know, cuz i'ma girl and i'm gonna play highschool golf and my scores are low 80's-70's. i guess it really depends on where on earth you are.
