A slightly flatter swing plane (like the one for your woods). Place the ball slightly more forward contained by your stance. Don't try to belt it - just rub it down the fairway.
Also, rythmn and timing. Plus don't be scared, visualise the shot and own faith. Do this every time and you'll hold no problems.
I would add to what Bob say by saying that you shouldn't pysch yourself out roughly speaking hitting any club. You should be using the same exact swing next to every club in you shoulder bag (except for the putter).
Hi, easy plenty question here, although not various people are feeling like to admit that. The one "artifice move" in golf that adjectives - and I mean ALL - low handicappers and professionals use is this:
From the top of the backswing: Move your weightiness to the left side, simultaneously turning your hips to the target, and ALSO bringing your right elbow into your right hip. Drop your hand almost stright down to acheive this. Don't worry nearly hitting behind the bal, if you move your solidity to the left near a hip-turn, you'll hit the ball cleanly.
It's adjectives one fluid motion, and it is without exception the best and easiest rule of great striking to follow. I suspect the cause no-one talks so much roughly speaking it is because low handicap and pro golfers assume higher amateurs already produce this move. Its not instinctive, and needs to be practiced, but once you own it, its there for existence. Ask any pro about this move and he/she will confirm it to be universal to great golfers.
Happy golfing

For me, I will keep my spine angle correct(don't move too much during the swing)and I save my chin up, keep my skipper still, also you should straighten your left arm during vertebrae and down swing, so that you could hit a nice perfect long iron shot.
I'm not going to write a book here , everyones direction has some polite points and things that you can apply to your game but it's not going to produce any difference in the world if you don't practice ,practice, practice , that's the chief difference between a low handicap golfer and a high one , Good Luck !
To include to the above:
Strong legs and trunk. Your legs and back hang on to you a consistent height above the ground - if that wavers or weaken, then good-bye par.
Also - Live contained by the moment. Too many golfers permit their attention drift between shots and then sleepwalk through a shot next to disastrous results.
Most people don't own enough club pave the way speed to hit a good long iron, hybrid clubs or fairway woods are the answer unless you are a low handicapper, the extra loft of these clubs allow for some errors within the swing.
There is much more to hitting a good long iron than can be written here but you are wasting your time if your swing is not on the correct plane next to enough club skipper speed.

Becoming an Am. Golf player?
Question:Im on my High school golf troop. on average i shoot 75-90 on 18 holes what are my chances on becoming an am. player. my best evaluation ever is 74 on a par 4 18 holes?
Answers:
Well, you technically are and amatuer player already, but to be able to play surrounded by most big state and national amatuer events you have to be close to a cut into handicap. I am from Wisconsin and to have a arbitrary to qualify for the State Open, you have to enjoy a 9 handicap or better. To actually place all right at these big amatuer tournaments you need to hold a 0 handicap or lower. Considering you are still in elevated school, you hold at least a few years to obtain up there and if you work at it, within is no doubt you can become a highly solid amatuer.
If you want to be a competitive am player when you get out of elevated school you will want to be more consistent and shoot the 74's more often. To even attempt to qualify for the big tournaments you call for to have a handicap repeatedly times 8 or lower. Not to mention qualifying for them channel usually shooting around even par. I wish you the best of luck.
You nouns like your spectator sport is pretty up and down. I mean 75-90? That's a pretty big spread. You already are an amateur golfer since you don't achieve paid to play. If you propose get into some sort of big event...not bloody imagined unless your name is Trump or something close to that.
You are an Amateur. With such a big spread on your scores it make me wonder what your real score are. What I mean almost that is are you using adjectives the rules of golf or just the ones you cogitate you know. Most people do not realize or know adjectives the rules and how they apply. To become a good Am. Golfer embezzle the time to study the rules get a decision book and make the rules work for you.

What golf drive is better talorymade 425 or the macgregor mactec 2?
Answers:
Go with Taylormade.
And why is it when someone asks a grill about 2 different club manufacturer, some jerk have always get to bring a 3rd manufacturer into it? If a personality asks a question roughly speaking Taylormade and Macgregor, they want to know about Taylormade and Macgregor.
Last month I asked a sound out about Taylormade and Adams. I get one goofball that wrote a 1000 word essay about Ping. Like I can afford Ping.
The unsullied titleist D's and the New Nikes, and there are up to date and better TM than the 425. McGregor isnt a top tweir driver, I would go next to TM or titleist, and if need be, nice works okay too
The Taylormade by a long shot.
Taylormade drivers are the #1 drivers in golf.
taylormade 425
Taylormade is a better club surrounded by general. I've other had upright luck with taylormade but i've never have any experience with MacGregor so my inference is somewhat biased. If your planning on buying one of these two, your best bet is going to be to a local golf store or golf course and try them both out. I never buy golfclubs without trying them first.
Taylormade for sure...but I'd move up to one of the R7's
Go to Golf Galaxy and hold them put you on the monitor. It costs $80, but if you end up buying a driver, they should waive the charge. I tried 9, and ended up beside the Nike Sasquatch. It fit my swing the best. The real significance? After trying 9 drivers, I absolutely KNOW that the one I enjoy is the best one for me. When I shank one, I know it's not the driver; it's me. The level of confidence you bring back when getting fitted for a driver is worth the $80... at least.
I would say aloud the Taylormade, but you should swing both and maybe even pocket them for a practice round. it all depends on what you approaching because everyone's swing is different
425
