What is efficacy of Spalding Par-Flite Tournament Model Irons?
Question:I have 2, 4, 5, 7, & 9 irons. These enjoy metal shafts painted to look like wood. Still hold the original grips. The irons are a bit sratched up. Are these worth trying to get rid of, and where would I flog them? I think these are 1950s vintage.

Mass-produced clubs resembling these are very adjectives and have hugely little value.
perchance in another 50 years they may enjoy some value. right presently.not so much. They were in recent times another mass produced line of clubs.
try ebay. u stipulation to jack up the shipping costs as they might sell for around a dollar each. if you are lucky.
Re-shaft women's hybrid or buy men's?
Question:I have & a cobra baffler 26/d I similar to but the women's shaft is too whipy. I don't know if I should re-shaft (I like the Adila NV 85 S I own on my Ping hybrid) or buy a whole spanking new club--the men's baffler 26/d. Can I put a NV 85 S shaft on a women's club head? If I could, would that even be a pious idea?

brand name sure the shaft isnt appropriate. most people procure shafts that are too stiff. also, even if you want a firmer shaft, keep the hoary club as is for practice. a whippy shaft is great for working on your timing.
just buy a unmarked one - i've never been a big hanger-on of re-shafting
