Can you back me near some hockey playoff betting?
Question:Between each team in the playoffs, who do you assume will win and in how plentiful games? (For example: Sharks top Predators in 5 games.) Any statistics and info will really facilitate!
Answers:
East
Buffalo (1) vs. NY Islanders (8)
You have to pick Buffalo surrounded by 5 here. That's the obvious pick. Buffalo is my #1 pick for the cup.
New Jersey (2) vs. Tampa Bay (7)
Hard not to step with New Jersey here, but this is a closer series. Tampa have a chance, but I'd pick New Jersey surrounded by 6 or 7 games. They are the safer pick for sure! Niether team is complete, both own lots of weaknesses.
Atlanta (3) vs. NY Rangers (6)
This is the hardest series to pick from contained by the east. Both teams own some good players, but both team have lots of holes. I'd pick Atlanta within 7, but New York in 7 isn't a unpromising pick either. Flip a coin here. Atlanta won the season seris 3-1 but that mode little. I do think they are the deeper troop, but the Rangers have played better down the stretch than Atlanta. Atlanta have some injuries too. Like I said, flip a coin on this one.
Ottawa (4) vs. Pittsburgh (5)
Ottawa in 6. As a long time die strong Canadian hockey fan and hockey better, I would avoid that first people picks simply because by thinking Pitts over Ottwawa is a very suspect pick. It's freshly not gonna happen. Ottawa will win this series in need too much trouble. Way more experience, way better defense, they enjoy more overall depth as well. Pittsburgs defense will get hold of eaten alive on abundant nights contained by this series.
I would also caution you on that 1st individuals knowledge. Detroit does not other win their first round, in reality they had a history of choking the first round to much minor teams not so long ago. Calgary is the sleeping giant this year if any squad is. That series could go any way though. It should be close. Calgary go to the finals only two years ago, they enjoy a better defense now later they did then. They are not doomed to failure team as he say. They are built for the playoffs, defensive and enormously tough. If Detroit takes them too insubstantially like this guy does, it will be curtains for them. The 2nd guys picks are not bleak, except I'm picking the Sharks over Nashville for sure. Nashville could win, but i doubt it, definitely not within 5 games.
West
Detroit (1) at Calgary (8)
If you want to pick an upset and a big upset, this is the one. Calgary could well purloin out the 1st seed here. If you wanna play it nontoxic, take Detroit within 7, if you wanna take a small risk for a possible big reward, pilfer Calgary in 7. This series should be terribly close. The Wings are good, but this Calgary squad is tough, deep, and they won't quit. Calgary also have the best forward in the series within Iginla and a strong supporting cast. Both team have great goaltending. I'm picking Calgary myself. I infer it may well come about.
Anaheim (2) vs. Minnesota (7)
Anaheim in 6 games. There is no other pick here. Minnesota is a damn right and irritating team, but they won't defeat the best defense core in the world.
Vancouver (3) vs. Dallas (6)
Vancouver contained by 6. They are one of the hottest teams within the league right now and seldom give up goal. Dallas on the other hand lacks the desire scoring to beat a troop like this. Dallas is a massively deep squad and this could be pretty close, but I find it hard to see them successful this series.
Nashville (4) vs. San Jose (5)
San Jose in 6 or 7. More experience and as long as Forsberg is not fighting fit and going strong, they have the best player within the series in Joe Thornton. The Shark power play should be the biggest sense why they win this series.
My picks for the cup
1. Buffalo
2. Anaheim
3.Canucks
4.Sharks
5. That's it, nobody but one of those 4 will win it all.
Eastern
(1) Buffalo vs. (8) New York Islanders: Sabres surrounded by five.
(this one is obvious the sabres are primed for a stanley cup this year. The merely reason i own them losing one is because the islanders have heart and wont loss surrounded by four.)
(2) New Jersey vs. (7) Tampa Bay: Devils in six.
(All i enjoy to say is broueder for this one. He is a star goalie.)
(3) Atlanta vs. (6) New York Rangers: Rangers contained by six.
(4) Ottawa vs. (5) Pittsburgh: Penguins in six.
Western
(1) Detroit vs. (8) Calgary: Red Wings within five.
(Detroit will always win surrounded by the first round or their fans will eliminate them. Calgary isn't very apt anyways.)
(2) Anaheim vs. (7) Minnesota: Ducks in six.
(Ducks are a solid squad this year. They have depth surrounded by all their lines and Minnesota doesn't. Although Backstrom is ablaze he can't do everything.)
(3) Vancouver vs. (6) Dallas: Canucks in six.
(Luongo is the best goalie i hold seen surrounded by long time. He is this years MVP (my vote at least) and the Dallas stars are a defensive troop so with on offense they enjoy no chance vs Luongo.)
(4) Nashville vs. (5) San Jose: Sharks contained by six.
(The sharks have huge depth and their first rank of Michlek Cheechoo and Thorton can not be stoped. The sharks also have too goalies that they can relie on but they will dance with nabby because he is playing really solid right now. I am also a sharks lover go sharks.)
If you hold any more questions a short time ago ask them or is you want me to explain anything.
Tell me how it goes when it is over!
Wings < Flames (7 games)
Ducks > Wild (6 games)
Canucks > Stars (6 games)
These two team don't score amazingly much but in the second partially of the season, the Canucks have averaged over 3 goals/game while the Stars stayed around 2. The Canucks powerplay hold also picked it up a bit and with Luongo within net and the Sedins near the timely PP goal, I'm sure the Canucks will win the series.
Predators < Sharks (5 games)
Sabres > Islanders (4 games)
Devils > Lightning (6 games)
Thrashers > Rangers (6 games)
Senators > Penguins (7 games)
(Sorry, Canucks hanger-on, don't really know much about other teams)
ARE YOU SERIOUS? I LIVE IN LAS VEGAS AND I WILL TEL YOU DEFENSE AND GOAL TENDING. TAKE IT FROM THERE. BRODUER, LUONGO IN THE FINALS. THE REST ALL FALL BY THE WAYSIDE.
AS FAR AS IN HOW MANY GAMES, YOU NEVER KNOW. BUT THE TEAM'S WITH THE STRONGER GOALIES WILL PREVAIL IN EACH ROUND. JUST ASK, ROY, FUHR, OSGOOD, SMITH, PARENT, DRYDEN; JUST TO NAME A FEW THAT KNOW WHAT I MEAN. REMEMBER SYDNEY WHEN WAYNE WON CUPS THE SCORE WAS A JOKE. ASK ROY ABOUT MONTREAL, SHUT OUT AFTER SHOUT OUT UPON SHUT OUT. GET READY SCORERS YOU'RE ABOUT TO MEET YOUR MATCHES. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST PLAYOFF YEAR AHEAD. LOOK AT ALL THE THREE DIGIT POINT TOTALS THIS YEAR, NEVER BEFORE.
Predators < Sharks (7 games)
Sabres > Islanders (6 games)
Devils > Lightning (7 games)
Thrashers > Rangers (6 games)
Senators > Penguins (6 games)
Anyone hear anything on Jonathon Cheechoo's injury ending dark?
Question:Hoping its not serious
Answers:
It is serious, he is having a MRI today, and lost a tooth, They reflect he's out for the rest of the playoffs. That makes me troubled when someone gets hurt. I be there second night it looked approaching a accident.
Oh wow if he's out for the play-offs that really sucks. Let's hope his knees gets better.
i be watching.
it sucks, the cheech is awesome, hope it doesn't hurt the sharks too much...
Cheech can't be replaced, but i'm glad the sharks went out and get Guerin. I'm also glad the Sharks have such depth on their squad. Nevertheless, this means that players such as Goc, Rissmiller, Grier and others hold to step it up if Cheech is out for the remainder of the postseason. I still think the Sharks own the depth, size, youth, and confidence in themselves to lift the Cup.
That hit is being reviewed by the league. In my judgment that was a impressively dirty hit and is worthy of a suspension. We can throw Pavelski or Smith in within, but loosing a guy like Cheech is loosing are biggest purpose scoring threat. If the league does not take endeavour, maybe kariya or forsberg should acquire a knee and an elbow to the mouth !
I preserve checking online for an up-date on Cheechoo's MRI. I was shocked this morning when I read that he also lost a tooth. I stayed awake until the Sharks won within double OT ~ somehow I knew that they would verbs off the win. Nabakov be stellar. I was praying for Cheechoo closing night - that his injury would not be serious.
Those TSN commentators sounded approaching they were siding beside the Predators saying that it would subsequent to impossible for the Sharks to come back and win that spectator sport last hours of darkness...after Cheechoo left the spectator sport. Of course they were axiom that that hit wasn't intentional.that it was a verbs check. That is complete BS. You think that Predators player will bring back a stiffer suspension for intent to injure? I doubt it.
The Sharks will miss Cheechoo however, I think they proved to the Predators second night that even cheap-shots won't stop them. I be so happy they won..so joyful.
Ok... First of all to adjectives you "RETARTED!" Nashville fans, you better give an account your team to straighten up! That be a very dirty hit! Oh and don't even try to progress after Thorthon or Michalek or anyone for that matter mete out it won't work! All you are doing is firing up the Sharks!! Oh and that hit was definately not an stroke of luck... I think it be planned! Well maybe not, but it definately wasn't an quirk! To answer the question Cheechoo is definately not returning for tommorow's winter sport, but his return is still unknown! Hope he is ok!
GO SHARKS!
They keep adage that he lost a tooth and is going in for an MRI..And they are clich¨¦ that he could be out for the playoffs...I hope not but it looked pretty serious last dark...He looked like a hop doll being help off by Thorton and Rivet....I watch that game finishing night and it be a dirty hit. I can't see how they say it wasn't.Cheechoo be getting out of the way..McLaren be quoted to say it be a dirty play made by a dirty player....I was really wacky because Cheechoo is one of my favorite sharks....I just hope he will be okay... Actually that wasn't the with the sole purpose dirty hit. That hit to Thorton was totally unnecessary..I.And I thought they get Hannan too for a minute....I know its a rough sport but still....I think they be trying to make up for the Sharks size and speed....Maybe out to prove something since the sharks defeat their *** last year..
I
Anyone that know anything about Scott Hartnell, know that was no luck. He takes out knees, hits from bringing up the rear, runs over goalies, and is relly an overall cheapshot. He kind of reminds me of his teammate, Tootoo. They play alike kind of team game.
It's the Rivet curse. HA HA HA HA so glad we got rid of him surrounded by Montreal
Seriously, hope Ceechoo will be alright. I enjoy watching him play.
Good luck to you squad!
wilson was quoted axiom "during intermission cheech did lose a tooth and was self evaluated, saying cheech considered necessary to go stern in and play but they did not permit him. Wilson also said he expects cheech to return but they will do an mri today once his knee have had to time to stop swelling. so 50/50 luck I guess come on cheech
I have a 2006 canadian sledge hockey team poster with a whole bunch of autographs and 2 signed cards.how much?
Question:how much would someone pay for that?
now or later doesnt matter
Answers:
If it's authentic, I'll give you a hundred bucks for them if you give the poster a nice frame. Post it on eBay and you'll probably end up with more.
Who do you deduce will enjoy the most points within the playoffs?
Question:Also who do you think will own the most goals?
Answers:
Hard to vote, I expect Crosby in the 1st round. There will be lots of goal in that Ottawa series and Crosby will enjoy the most points most likely. Jagr would be my second pick within round one. He could out score Crosby here, outstandingly possible.
After that who know's, but I'd say Daniel Briere within the last round. Sabres win cup.
Just stopping by cuz I notice your sn. I used to live in the BA and love the Sharks. But I haven't kept up beside hockey this season so I can't answer your question.
But - GO SHARKS (and patrick marleau)
I meditate that Crosby and Thornton are for sure winners within the points race for the playoffs.
But I expect that the Senators Heatley or Speeza could be wild cards depending on how upright their team plays against the Pens.
If you hold anymore questions only ask them.
The Buffalo Sabres. They have clinched the President's Trophy already. Meaning they own the most points among the teams surrounded by this season.
Based on how far I think the team will go, probably Dany Heatley and the Sedin twins.
goal, (if the team make it far) radulov for the preds
