What happen when 1 troop take two penalty within overtime?
Question:Situation: 4 on 3 OT powerplay, the shorthanded team take a penalty, and its smaller amount than 2 minutes left? Normally, the penalty would be served consecutively, but when there is smaller number than 2 mins left, do they win a free pass?

No. A member of the penalize team is still required to serve for the infraction. The number of players on the rime does not change within that situation, but the number of available players decreases (whether surrounded by overtime or in regulation play).

the guy go to the penalty box, but they still bring 3 on the ice and the other troop gains a player so it become a 5 on 3 powerplay
According to the 2006-2007 NHL Rules for Overtime in the Regular Season (Rule 84.3):
In overtime, if a squad is penalized such that a two-man assistance is called for, after the offending team will remain at three (3) skaters while the non-offending troop will be permitted a fifth skater.
At the first stoppage of play after the two-man advantage is no longer within effect, the numerical strength of the offending team will revert put money on to either a four (4) skaters on four (4) skaters or a four (4) skaters on three (3) skaters situation, as appropriate.
Simply put, the power play troop is allowed to have five (5) skaters on three (3) skaters until the first cost is over. When the penalty ends, 5-on-4 or 5-on-5 play resumes until the subsequent stoppage of play. After a stoppage in play the situation reverts put money on to 4-on-4, or 4-on-3 play.
This is also how it would work if there are two-man advantages that convey over into overtime (5-on-3 to start overtime).
Actually this just happen during the rangers-islanders game... at hand was supposed to be a slashing beckon against the islanders since one of the players slashed one of the ranger's sticks and broke it in partly. But of course as usual, in that was no phone.
Actually, no. What happens is that the other squad goes to 5 guys, making it a 5 on 3 power play. You can still be two men down surrounded by OT.

It becomes 5-on-3 at any point contained by overtime, not just the closing two minutes. The team near the advantage is entitled to a two-skater pre-eminence, and the shorthanded team is still entitled to hold three skaters.

i would utter no. I live in upstate untried york and this year my ice rink hasnt even come close to freezing. it have to be less afterwards 3o degrees out to attain good rime and it takes my rink similar to 3 days of cold weather to freeze.
Why don't the Flyers enjoy the #1 draft pick?

The didn't win the lottery. Chicago did and they will pick first for the first time ever.
The draft ranking is no longer granted strictly by finishing record. This is to prevent team from intentionally tanking near the conclusion of a season.
They now pick the number by a erratic lottery, where team with worse store have a better karma of winning. However, this does not niggardly that the worst team is guaranteed the first pick.
In this valise, Chicago won the lottery, not Philadelphia.
they dont just draw from the pick because they have the worst narrative there is a lottery for the draft posistions and chicago won out
The two team with the worst text in the NHL have a lottery drawing. The Flyers lost the draw.
To avoid teams newly playing badly at the closing of the season to insure picking #1, they do a draw where ultimate place has the best likelihood of first pick, but not guaranteed. They drew last week for adjectives teams not within the playoffs. Chicago won and moved up the maximum number of spaces it could.

today on VS they said they are hoping to grasp 50 playoffs games.

Versus carries most of the first round games. Then after the first round NBC picks up sporadic coverage, which really isn't anything. In certainty, I don't think they even start showing the stanley cup finals until hobby 3. No big contract in place method no big coverage of playoff games, which is sad.
Check your local TV listings to be sure. Each team game will be telecast as it meant to be.
