Anyone know when the subsequent world cup of hockey is?
Answers:
Last year when I was watching Olympic Ice Hockey JD mentioned how within no longer will be a world cup of hockey. What will happen is that for the 2010 Vancouver Olympics the NHL will shut down once again to join.
After 2010 who knows as everything is up within the air as the NHL would not sign a long occupancy agreement with the IIHF during the 2006 Olympics. I guess they wont to see how the 2010 tournament go and need to take the NHLPA to see if they feel further contribution is warranted.
No. World Cup of Hockey is a reciprocal venture of the NHL and NHLPA. If they wish to go at the gait they have be, the next would be 2012. I believe I read somewhere that they are on the wall about whether they will verbs to have the event.

Just 'cause you are bored doesn't be a sign of you can irritate the hell out of us with your 'tarded question.
The guy above me is a joker! ;)
the outdated canucks jersey from the 70s or 80s.
Keystone you mean the beer that have that bottled taste out of a can?
Canucks jersey from the 80's. Probably the ugliest jersey of the entire history of the NHL.
the outdated canucks jersey
What are your thoughts on Gary Roberts?
Question:It's his birthday today! He's 41 and still a madman on the ice!
Hopefully, Pittsburgh Penguins GM Ray Shero call him up, tells him elated birthday, and mentions that his 100-foot cake that says "STAY WITH THE PENS" is on its mode. Maybe Roberts would mention this to his agent and his agent might mention it to Mark Recchi... Of course Recchi would stay for cake. Why do you think he's other coming back to the Pens?...
Recchi and Roberts own the same agent... Does this guy specialize surrounded by geriatric players? Haha.
I love Gary Roberts, he's intense. He provides leadership. He crashes the lattice, drops the gloves when he needs to, fight for the puck like it's life-and-death along the boards. He even score goals. He does everything, adjectives the little things. If it weren't for Gary Roberts, Ottawa would have totally murdered the Pens. The series could hold been 4-0.
If someone else be born today, I'd be glad to know it. Maybe Gary Roberts could give him his birthday punches contained by the arm.
Answers:
He's awesome. I thought he would retire two years ago when got traded to Florida, but after shocker he went to Pittsburg and very soon want to play with them longer. I deem he was the best when he played for Toronto, but he's still get something left contained by him. He was allways a great head, and he has plentifully of playoff experience and he plays smart, unfortunaltely he has never one a cup which is too fruitless.
I cant say that I enjoy any "thoughts" on Gary Roberts, hes just not somebody i ponder about on a day by day basis. Sorry.
We should own a Birthday party for him!But save for that I like the instrument you think!
Well, you said it adjectives. His contributions off rime are exactly the stabilizing force the young Pens involve. He's not too bad on rime either, ha-ha. He's honest for 20-25 goals and 60 points on the dignified octane Penguins.
Here's another Pens' fan who hopes Roberts stays within the 'Burgh...he is a maniac. Unfortunately, I think Recchi is at the wrap up of the line...he's other been one of my favorites.
Aside to Ray Shero---Tom Preissing is a free agent.Melichar and Scuderi own got to dance.
What the hell happen to the flyers??
Question:The flyers are a playoff team finishing year but this year they suck!
Answers:
They apparentley missed the memo that the NHL have changed, its more about speed and skill consequently brute force...The Flyers have abunch of slow guys and unreliable goaltending...looking subsidise at the season, its not surprising that they finished well out of the playoffs
Injuries galore! It is amazingly unfortunate, but I infer they had a full-size number of players out because of injury very untimely in the season.
Peter Forsberg factor into this. He was out beside injuries on and off. Before he be traded the Flyers had a better story when he was playing than when he be out. After he was traded, in good health, they had childlike players to help them out contained by his stead, unlike when they just have to find guys to fill spots surrounded by the roster.
It doesn't seem resembling they'll do as poorly next year. They've signed some righteous players and their younger players are one season better.
Plus, I think they'll do better beside Marty Biron in lattice!
I think it's purely a liittle too late to ask this cross-examine
Hmmm, lack of speed, goaltending, poor coaching, the use of Derian Hatcher, trading youth for established vet then letting those vet walk the subsequent season, injuries, too many checkers not adequate scorers.
They got kicked surrounded by the ding-ding by reality.
Ed Snider is hell-bent on proving that the Broad Street Bully style of play can win Stanley Cups.
SNIDER MUST GO !!!
The Flyers be great in the 2005-2006 season because team were of late adapting to the brand new rules. There team be potentially built around slow, big hitting guys. For example, Derian Hatcher. What does he do? He hits all the time. They are to much of a hitting troop now and because players hold adapted to the new rules, they can skate by the slow, big guys. They also inevitability a new goaltender. I regard as that for a few years, they probably will have to start to do again a new troop. If Simon Gagne stays with the Philadelphia Flyers, after they should built the team around him.
I don't know what happen but they stunk
Bobby Clarke failed to recognize the new NHL and built his troop around the old NHL standards. If you are looking for someone to blame ,,,, look no further.
