Hockey Questions and Answers

Does anyone out here dream up the Sharks will win Lord Stanley's Cup this year?

Question:Jumbo Joe is true grit but friggin' Pronger on Anaheim gives me headache.
Answers:

They've quietly snuck up on the Ducks and if they hit their stride going into the playoffs, anything can come about. Last year, they peaked early and the Oilers have the hot hand surrounded by their series.

Can they do it? No question. Will they? Looking forward to finding out.
no
Yes...i enjoy been recitation people this since november.but they adjectives laugh...lol.the funny piece is i am not a sharks fan in recent times think they get what it takes
Nope, because the Buffalo Sabres will.. they are my home troop. But this isn't the only justification why. Look at the depth.. Maxim Afinogenov, Daniel Briere, Chris Drury, Ryan Miller, Ales Kotalik, Thomas Vanek, Jason Pominville, Jaroslav Spacek, Brian Campbell, Henrik Tallinder, Tim Connolly (Hopefully will be back soon). Which is why be one of the few teams surrounded by NHL history to have 3 players starting contained by the All-Star Game. We are the best team surrounded by NHL with 80 points also. We are one of the fastest NHL team, if not the fastest. We average scoring the most goal per game. And we also get 2 good goalies, Biron is in truth decent, Miller is great. So why can't the Sabres bring home to Buffalo the first Stanley Cup contained by franchise history?
No, not this year.
I don't think so. I own been saw since preseason that it will be the Predators versus the Ducks and the Ducks will win. I still believe that as long as Pronger does not get hurt again.
No, but the Sabres will, the are the best squad by far
Yes. Only Detroit and Nashville seem to playing at the height the sharks are right now. The Ducks and Sabres enjoy been average the concluding month and more after coming out of the gate hot. The problem is the Ducks merely have two defensemen and are shallow at the forward position. Buffalo have a average defense-which they could address at the trade deadline-and I might change my tune. Right immediately Nashville is deep everywhere and they play as a team-they if truth be told play playoff style-patient hockey. Although the Devils could make a run-they probably won't. If the Red wing continue to play the approach they are it will be hard to read out they don't have a well brought-up chance-even though I hate them. But if the Sharks height at the right time-they are the deepest, biggest, scariest team around-top to bottom, and they enjoy pieces to move and get some veteran players at the deadline.
Nope, Devils vs. Ducks, Stanley Cup Finals. Devils surrounded by six.
no, nobody thinks they will win it. they dont do very well with lack of money
Yep, i feel they are gonna win the Stanley Cup this year! We hold a solid team near one of the best powerplays and one of the best 1-2 punch players in Marleau and Thornton. Could be a third beside the Sharks being one of the potential suitors for Forsberg! We own 2 starting goaltenders in Nabby and Vesa. We own depth, youth and size. We're just compassionate of hanging around presently, but we'll put it all together and trade name a run for the division and conference lead soon. And subsequent year.watch out for Devon Setoguchi!
they do hold a chance

anaheim won't concluding if they continue playing similar to crap with injuries ... they enjoy to learn
Sorry no,
I contemplate BUFFALO SABRES WILL WIN!! GO SABRESSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!...
for sure there is know approach they wouldn't!! They got Joe Thorton, Johnathan Cheechoo, Pactric Marleou, Joe Pavelski and lot of others...

GO SHARKS!!!!

i monitor every one of their games!!
YESSSS YEESSSSS YESSS I DO THINK THEY WILL WIN THE CUP THIS YEAR... IF THEY CAN AVOID THAT DAMN TEEMU SELLANE... HES A JERK SCORES WAY TOO MUCH BECAUSE HE PLAYED WITH NABBY AND TOSKALAWHEN HE WAS ON THE SHARKS... BUT ANYWAYS GO SHARKS!!!
no their a good teame but they stipulation to sort out their goalies they could use some older blue liner with more experiance

rangers vs. Lightning (i don't know the date)
sean avery(to somebody who is not st.louis)-"don't f*** near me b*. if you f*** with me again i'm gonna cart st.louis' head off"
Answers:

He for sure ranks pretty high on the dikwad totem pole.
lol . amen to you too.
Well, possibly 4th behind Todd Bertuzzi, Chris Simon, and Jeremy Roenick.

I sure have no love for him, and be VERY happy when the Kings traded him away.

The highly minuscule skill he has as a hockey player is more than negated by the stupid penalty he takes and kit a team next to him has to transport.

Hey Bob, did we actually freshly agree on something?
Yup LOL Count me in. Biggest Dic* within the league after Tucker and belak and neil!!!!! He even goes after goalies approaching Brodeur. In the movie, the rocket, he acts as the ranger fighter and he get his as* kicked from maurice richard!!! Devils Rule!
Anyone jealous? He is a really righteous player that a lot of team want. If you don't like his personality-don't date him.
Nobody from the Rangers is an a-hole. There are bigger a-holes contained by the NHL. I support my Rangers no matter what. You know who is the biggest a-hole contained by the NHL, Chris Simon of the Islanders. The Rangers should declare hunting season on Simon.

How to view rime hockey world cup (russia 2007) live?

Question:I can't seem to find any sports bar in my city here surrounded by the UK, but I'm sure there is a website somewhere where on earth i could watch the match live?
Answers:

TSN.ca is streaming it live.
by sitting in the refrigerator
Move to Canada
You could try going to cbc.ca and dance to sports, perhaps it will share you. (I doubt it). OR just google and see if something comes up. When I lived contained by Canada they televised games live regardless of the time, presently that I live in the U.S. I can't even get hold of an NHL playoff game on TV because the hobby didn't sell out.
Are you surrounded by London? If so you might try The Maple Leaf Pub in
Covent Garden or any other place you can feel of where you'll find plentifully of Canadians.

It's the IIHF World Championships by the way not the World Cup. Unfortunately the IIHF World Championships overlap next to the NHL playoffs so you don't always seize the best players.

Good Luck & I hope you enjoy the games if you can find them.

Edit:
http://www.tsn.ca/canadian_hockey/...

TSN contained by Canada says they are going to stream the Canada/ Germany winter sport live on Saturday. I suspect that they will stream all the Canadian games at lowest.
i'm not sure you can actually see the games live, perchance on some russian hockey website though. you could try googleing for russian hockey and maybe you'll come across something that course!
you could try soprts on yahoo though, i know they've got nhl but I don`t know they've got other stuff as okay.
nhl.com will sometimes have information nearly hockey in other countries, they will also post links surrounded by thise articles, so i recommend searching the nhl website for russian hockey.
sorry i can't make available clear links, i'm not really into russian hockey myself so i wouldn't know any links,... sorry
If you are in UK you can try www.eurosport.co.uk. sometimes they nouns the matches. here within the us it is on demandby the side ofhttp://web.wcsn.com for about $5 for a monthly subscribtion.

They guy who wrote the really long thing is right except you with the sole purpose have to win 4 out of 7 games within a seven game series
...de de dee.
Teams hold stats for wins, loses, and ties.
The NHL have a 84 game regulat season diary that runs for 9 months, then in that are the quarter, semi, and final series of games to get the 30 team down to ther final 2 teams who play a 7 winter sport series to decide the winner of the Stanley Cup which is the leauge championship cup. The Stanley Cup is the HARDEST cup surrounded by sport to win, as the winning squad has to hold won it's way thru the season, to take into the playoofs, then they hold to win a 7 game quarter finals series, later win a 7 game semi final series, after win the final 7 game series to WIN THE CUP.
So amount it out...Win at least 75 percent of the 84 regular season games, after win another 5 out of 7 in the quarter semis, after 5 out of 7 in the semis , next 5 out of 7 in the finals, for a total of at lowest possible 99 games played, and you have to enjoy won at least 80 od them to get hold of to the cup finals.
Un-like football ( soccer ) the championship is not granted by one game, it is a 7 spectator sport final series played over a 10 day length of time, with the squad that wins five games self the cup winner.
Many times it comes down to spectator sport 7 with both team having won 3 of times gone by games. In some cases, after 60 minutes they are still tied in scoring and the spectator sport goes into " sudden extermination " overtime, where the subsequent goal score wins the cup. The transcription for the most overtime periods played ( a time is 20 minutes of stop time play ) is SIX . THat means that the hobby was 60 minutes of regualr palying time, PLUS 180 minutes of overtime play, untill a tie breaking objective was finally score. That record hobby was a total of FOUR HOURS of playing time. That took place contained by Montreal in the 1930's.
shivangin... s answer also states they play an 84 winter sport regular season. They haven't played an 84 game season since 1992-93 and 1993-94. The NHL have an 80 game regular seson since the mid 70's until the '92 season when they go to 84 because Ottawa and Tampa Bay were expansion clubs. 1994-95 be a strike shortened year(48 games) and ever since then the NHL have been playing an 82 team game regular season.
The NHL also does not go by win, loses and ties. Since the shoot out was added finishing season, teams are rewarded 2 points for a win, 0 for a loss and 1 point for an overtime loss. If the winter sport goes to overtime, both team get 1 point surrounded by the standings. If the game is won by a squad in overtime, they bring an addition point and a stat surrounded by the win column while the loser gets a stat for an overtime loss. If the team game is not decided after the 5 minute overtime, it go to a shootout. The winner get 2 points and a win, loser 1 point and an overtime loss.
Unlike the first answer that was copy and paste..

Goals is showed by "G"
Assists is showed by "A"
Points is showed by "Pts"
Plus/minus (You get a plus if you're on the rime when your team score, and a minus if you get score on while on the ice) is showed by "+/-" <<obvious one lol
Penalty Minutes is showed by "PIM" or also it is the minutes a team/player is within the penalty box
PPG is "Power Play Goals"
SHG is "Shorthanded Goals"
GW or GWG is "Game Winning Goals"
SOG is "Shots On Goal"
Pct is "Shot Percentage"

Not sure what else you involve to know, that's all the undeveloped ones real snatched.
