Why is at hand no moral stick fight surrounded by hockey?
Question:Like Marty McSorley vs Donald Brashear you know. They should use the sticks as weapons. That would be sweeeet.
Answers:
This is stupid give somebody the third degree number 3 from you.
The emergence of Jet Li films in the US have provides a better avenue than the NHL for display of martial arts ability.
CAUSE THEY GET BIG FINES
Are you an idiot that would get them at smallest a 10 game suspension as powerfully as a huge fine
I think most relatives would think stick fight as "sissy". Most people purely like to see players "drop the gloves".forget the jousting and start bash somebody in the manager!
Not even an old college Sher Wood could knock the ugly past its sell-by date Brashear. I think that Gary Bettmans mommy would hold to give him his "soo soo", tuck him within and read him a bedtime story if the NHL went spinal column to stick swinging. They can't even start a fight lacking getting an extra penalty. The solitary stick swinging I would like to see is against Bettmans cast-offs.
Lawsuits, arrests, fines, jailtime. A stick is a weapon and if you were to injure someone severely the police get hold of involved.
January 6th, 1988, in a winter sport played at Maple Leaf Gardens, Dino Ciccarelli attacked Maple Leafs defenceman Luke Richardson with his stick. As a result of this incident, Ciccarelli be convicted of assault, fined $1000, and sentenced to one day within jail.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- An American Hockey League player be suspended Friday through the end of subsequent season for a two-handed, stick-swinging attack on an opponent.
Hamilton Bulldogs forward Alexander Perezhogin, whose NHL rights belong to the Montreal Canadiens, received the longest suspension on text in AHL history. He'll miss the rest of this year's playoffs.
Perezhogin slammed his stick into Cleveland Barons defenseman Garrett Stafford's frontage during an April 30 playoff game surrounded by Hamilton, Ontario.
Stafford, on his knees when he was hit, fell to the rime in convulsions, blood gushing from a gash on his frontage. He needed 20 stitches and had a concussion.
The players' scrap began when Stafford swung his stick at Perezhogin, striking the put a bet on of his helmet. Perezhogin responded with the baseball-like swing to Stafford's obverse.
Stafford was suspended for six games and will serve his suspension at the start of the subsequent season because the Barons were eliminate from the Calder Cup playoffs.
"While in my inference the action of Mr. Stafford be clearly a contributing factor to the incident, the reaction by Mr. Perezhogin be indefensible in jargon of both its nature and its legitimate and potential consequences," AHL president David Andrews said.
Cleveland general commissioner Wayne Thomas said the team is content with the discipline.
"If this is the standard ruling for blows to the come first, now and within he future, afterwards we can accept it," said Thomas, who's also assistant nonspecific manager of the Barons' parent establishment, the San Jose Sharks.
Thomas said the team is disappearing it up to Stafford whether to appeal, and Stafford hasn't decided.
"In regard to legal commotion, we are leaving the issue surrounded by the hands of Hamilton authorities," Thomas said.
