How can i do the wushu fly later ground on a split?
Question:...i can split on the floor not smoothly but i can touch the ground...
any tips will do on improving my split and doing the landing split...

if u mean a soar inside kick into the splits, practice only jumping into the atmosphere like u generally would, but dont kick. instead simply bring your knees up. try to land surrounded by the splits. keep practicing that bearing. then u can donate the kick to the bounce. also try to spread ur legs apart as soon as u finish the kick.
Just try landing as sturdy as you can, that will work perfect! remember... as knotty as you can WITH NO STREATCHING!
How can some military artists tolerate blows on their stomach or chest?
Question:I saw some martial artists making demonstartions give or take a few tolerating blows on their chest or stomach. How can they do it?

You just get hold of used to it through being hit, tablets ball training, and abdominal exercises.

After getting hit recurrently, it doesn't hurt as much, mind over matter, and tightening their tummy muscles. Think about tightening your thighs, and later punching it. It doesn't hurt as much as if they weren't tightened.

As for stomach, there are iron body arts and ways of getting hit short getting hurt by not focusing on the punch. That's something you learn within ki-aikido. Also in shaolin i beleive
um, you find hit a lot when your within any type of MA so over time you develop extremely hard stomach and chest muscles and swot up proper breathing techniques.after a while it doesnt even hurt to grasp hit. oh yeah not to mention the tens of thousands of ab workouts you do while training.
BREATHING EXERCISES are essential for this. It's the main purpose of SHOUTS contained by most martial arts.. It strengthens the diapragm so that it can tolerate punches and kick..

Sometimes have some awareness of being hit help, having strong abs can comfort ya too...but, other times simply being relaxed & supple can be best!
Would in the future of training be plenty for one week?
Question:i am serious about tkd and want to finance futher all my other frenids hold just trained once a week and my instructor newly holds one training session per week would this be enough

Actually the recommended is 3 weekly sessions beside 1 day among them to agree to your body recover.

I would vote a minimum of two days a week if those session last more than an hour. Three days a week would be just the thing.
I only trained two days a week, but it be two hours of class (two one hour classes), one hour of conditioning drills and one hour of sparring practice
Eh... why are you serious about tkd? Do you want to competition surrounded by form and look all flashy? Or do you want to be at odds?
If you want to be a fighter, nick up Muay Thia, they're king of kick and without doubt NO other martial arts would argue against that.
If you want to be adjectives flashy then I don't know what to vote because that isn't gonna to help you be at odds better.

Not worth it. You must feel about retaining what you hold learned, doing it once a week is not satisfactory.
i cant speak about tkd explanation i dont practise it but i do it but my advice would be to train on ur own next to a punch bag do lots of stretching and move up wieghts

No it wouldn't be enough, geez that sucks that you individual get to train once a week, I'd prob'ly look for another institution to try and get at tiniest 2 days a week or three if at all possible.

No, you should train at least 3 times a week to progress. If your instructor singular trians once a week, something isnt right.
no, if you are serious about training complex then do extra trainings. aim for other sessions or other instructors that might be able to train you beside tkd.

What is San Shou?
Question:I was looking for a local place to embezzle up Jiu Jitsu but it wasn't offered anywhere. They do however teach San Shou close by which is apparently a mixture of a few different styles. Does anybody know much more or less it? If I want to just be capable of kick some *** if essential is it worthwhile to learn?

San shou is a terrifically effective form of chinese military arts . It encompasses adjectives ranges of fighting . I don't construe they teach much on weapon usage but they edify defense against weapons. Its a great deal like jiu jitsu . Its a obedient style for effective street conflict also .
