Martial Arts Questions and Answers
What exactly is XMA surrounded by a ATA machinery?
Question:Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I be told about XMA and at my local ATA, they talk about it but I hold no idea what it is, what they swot up and that sort of stuff.
Answers:
xma stands for extreme martial arts and they do adjectives the backflips and cool stuff to wach.not sure what ata is but if you learn xma you can see butt
It's kind of approaching the floor exercises at a gymnastics competition, but with kitanas and bo staffs. They do deeply of jumping around and flashy kick.
XMA stands for extreme martial arts. It's a league designed specifically for competition. Kids as youthful as 4 can participate and at hand are dozens of age and level brackets and numerous tournaments and competitions within which people can earn points (like they do race to qualify for championships) prizes, money, and sponsorships. It's been criticized for its expensive personality (entrance fees for tourneys are $100-$500 or more, depending on the venue), watered down theatrical war arts (moves are awarded for flashiness, not practicality), and psychological exploitation of young children (think gymnastics-level amount of training). Some inhabitants like it, abundantly of people don't. If you are curious as to what it looks similar to, see youtube and type in XMA.
XMA is not really war arts at all. It is vitally tricking. Then again so is ATA.

Who won within ufc between chuck liddell vs. tito ortiz?
Answers:
I agree with the first poster. Liddell by TKO within the 3rd but his punches weren't really hurting Ortiz, most of them landed on Tito's arms, but Tito wasn't defending himself for however frequent seconds.
It could own gone into the 4th where Liddell would own just knock the sucka out.
Other fights
The Dean of Mean flog Forrest Griffin (who promptly cried and said "I f-cked up" in his one sentence after brawl interview. Too bad cuz I close to Griffin.
Michael Bisping won
Andrei Arlovski won
Liddell. The ref stopped the fight beside about 2 mins departed in the 2nd round. I thought it be a premature call effect Liddell wasn't really hurting Ortiz.
Chuck won, and I am not surprised at all. When a guy have your number, he has your number. No issue how much training Tito did, he just isn't a better enemy then Chuck. And I reflect on Chuck proved that. No offense to all you Tito fan. Arlovski also won his fight, he's another one of my favorites.
Ortiz thump up Liddell's fist with his person in charge.
iceman win at round 3 over tito ortiz via KO
The baddest man Lidell
chucky baby won!
Liddell dominated the m¨ºl¨¦e and won by TKO
Who would win surrounded by a collide between Kimba and Bruce Lee?
Question:It would be a straight up fight beside no weapons. Kicks/punches/flips are allowed.
Answers:
Im tired of general public saying Bruce Lee would lose since hes a corpse when you know exactly what the human being is trying to ask.
If Kimbo Slice was war Bruce Lee, I say Bruce Lee would win. my reason are:
1. Bruce Lee is faster and has more punching power
2. He have way more philosophy and technique contained by fighting method more then Kimbo.
3. It would be unproblematic for Bruce Lee to counter/intercept Kimbos attack because Kimbo only trows punchs, and wing chun concentrates alot on countering punchs.
4. Kimbo cannot see, he is really linear, and has no grappling scholarship, he can only punch, zilch else.
5.Bruce Lee would could finish him with leverages /joint locks/takedows, even if dint use the following, he would still win because of the reason above.
Bruce was exceedingly powerful! I really believe he would have be very close to kimba surrounded by raw Power. Kimba would slickly move him around BUT Bruce is not a guy you could do that to.
Kimba is slow, and you can see his punches a mile a way. Bruce be fast and up to that time you knew it you where on earth on the floor.
Bruce Lee is dead.
Kimbo obviously, Bruce was an amazing athlete but he is a corpse in a minute (maybe dust), beating up a corpse wouldn't be a gala fight .
Bruce Lee by far...he be way too hurriedly, and goes for the massacre...He fought many physical fights dispossessed and all be done in second.
PS... He wins by far matched near anyone. He was 1 of a gentle!! Also no one trains as much as he did.
Assuming Bruce Lee be alive, i think Kimba the White Lion would win. My son used to love that show.
Stronger Bicep?
Question:How do I get a bigger and stronger bicep when I enjoy an 8 pound weight, a 15 pound consignment, and two 20 pound weights, and I can do the 20 pound weights 5 times? Oh, and there's a gym around, but how do I get the strength to lift up more?
Answers:
Hey hey.a weight training interview!! Now, I am guessing that you are talking in the order of a single dumbell here for each cargo and not just plates. If you are chitchat about plates that you can put on a lump...well, of late start doing what you can and work your way up.
Dumbells are different incentive you can't add any solidity to em- I mean if we're not chitchat plates. It's ALL about form when you are using dumbells. Barbells near loads of weight back build the best MASS, but with dumbells you can to be sure get stronger.
Thry these 3 things- Concentration Curl, Preacher Curl, and Alternating Curls.
Alternating Curls are comfortable. You grab your 20s- 1 surrounded by each hand- and stand up next to your palms facing your legs. One at a time, bring the dumbell up toward your chin, allowing the palm to rotate so it faces the ceiling as you move it upward. Then do like with the other arm. Do not move your upper body or shoulders away from the immensity while you are curling- it is a natural piece to bend away. Do not shift your hips forward- again natural, but also unpromising. The idea is to work the biceps, not take home the job easier for em.
Concentration Curl is subsequent. Sit down on the edge of a bench or couch with one of your 20s. Place your elbow on the inner subdivision of your leg (same side) out toward your knee. Grab a 20 surrounded by that hand, bending your fund down until you can grab the cargo from the floor. Now, pull your spinal column BACK upward until the weight clears the floor. The conception is to keep your palm facing your contrasting leg through a basic curl movement. You do not want to arch your hindmost downward, or lean too far downward. Basically, your back and upper body should be bent only just enough forward so that you can act the curl comfortably against your leg, but not so far that you mash yourself within the chin with the solidity on the upswing. Go SLOWLY, and concentrate (hence the name) on your upper arm making the movement. Switch hands and you're done.
Preacher Curl- for this you involve a surface that you can let your arm swing over. This surface (like a table, or edge of a chair) should enjoy some padding on it (like a rolled up towel or 2). Put your arm across this surface near your elbow clearing the edge and clutch the weight contained by this hand. Your arm at this point should be pointing downward toward the floor, your elbow rotten the edge, you standing, kneel or sitting comfortably and a (probably smaller)weight in your appendage. Now, curl the weight slowly up and put a bet on down. Switch hands, and you're done.
To start off with, you should try doing 3-4 sets of 8 repetitions of respectively of these exercises and see how sore you are. Use a lower weight- like your 8 pounder- until you catch used to the actual movements. Once you can do these without one sore the following day or 2nd year following, bump up a weight. Remember to use appropriate form and don't "cheat" by making some other muscle help. Stand straight, don't lean, don't swing it up. You can incorporate more intensity by performing a "negative rep". This is lowering the consignment as slowly as you can after your "positive movement" or the actual curl move.
Hope this helps ya...
For strength (size) do high-ranking weight low reps... for lean strength (tone) do low counterbalance tons of reps.
hood's right, just also engineer sure you're giving your muscles enough rest when you're doing the soaring weight/low reps.
Size isn't always worthy in militaristic arts. Muscle mass takes oxygen, and if you're too big, you'll gas. Look at the really stacked MMA guys similar to Monson. They're huffing and puffing after 15 minutes, when leaner guys are still ready to step. Size doesn't necessarily mean strength.
Another piece... if you vary your workout every 2-3 months, you'll see more consistent gain.
start with the freight parallel to the ground with your palm facing bringing up the rear you. twist the wrist as you curl up to the top of the curl and at the top really verbs it out and hold for a second. this will create that burn which means you are fatiguing that muscle. this curl will endow with you that peaked bicep that body builders have.
