Who would win surrounded by a struggle?

Question:A jedi or a ninja?
Answers:

Since Ninjitsu is a true martial art, and the Force utilized by the Jedi is a figmint of George Lucus brilliant mind, I would own to say a Ninja.

Both rely on hoax though. Blending in and not man noticed.
jedi
ninja
Jedi... No Contest...
I imagine the nija because he could sneak up on the jedi. But it would be a close fight. Which would you a bit be? That's another good query. I would be a jedi because I would like to live within the future.
A jedi probably about it.
one, what loving of question is this.
after, jedi has a lightsaber that will slice through a ninjas artillery.
but then again, a jedi is solitary real on a tv peak, so the ninja would win in a argue against a tv, unless the tv shocks the ninja when it breaks.
Definitely the Jedi Knight, better weapons, mind control, besides Ninjas don't know anything just about a light saber.

For Isis I would to some extent be a Ninja, because Jedis actually live long ago within a galaxy far, far away.
Jedi.
It all depends on the drawing.
A ninja.
Depends... if the Jedi has his lightsaber, consequently he would win. If Jedi was expecting a box, he would probably also win.
However, if the ninja was to assasinate the jedi from the shadows (which is what ninja do best), next the ninja would win.
Jedi
jedi...definitly because ninjas have swords...jedi's hold lightsabers! lightsabers are heat powered slicing machines
and swords are newly slicing blades
Neither, they would join forces and conspire to exterminate stupidity.

I am glad I have nought to worry in the region of.

How about you ?
Well I am going for the underdog the ninja.
a jedi

The most extreme workout you know ?

Question:Most extreme exercises you know ?
Details. Thanks.
Answers:

Depends of what kind of work out you miserable. As a martial artists or surrounded by the military special forces.

In martial arts you from time to time work with a squad and use explosives and jump from impeccably good airplanes...=] Hoo Rah!

From military arts, for me the worst was US olymipic training for three months until that time the 1996 world cup games. Not only is the physical training firm, but a very strict diet and life span style for three months solid which made my girlfriend very cranky next to me.

We did diamond pushups from a headstand positon against a wall for those without the symmetry not to need a wall. 100 at a time be expected and we did no less than 10 sets within a 4 hour trainining session. We were as fit and limber as anyy other US Olympic Athlete.
Gut busters.when you fake on your back and lift up you legs up and down...try it!
Or just sparring contained by general.
Well within Karate class on Thursday we did knee squats. You step down like ur gonna propose and afterwards your bent knee touches ground next you do it again.
I'd say that fenriswulfs training be more intensive than mine, and it went for months be as mine only go for two weeks. But this actually be training for judo, in a two week long training military camp, five hours a day, every afternoon, for two weeks. Within the first fifteen minutes your gi is soaked through with sweat, specifically the warm up. which truly lasts an hour, after every day for the first five days, they tested you, next to pushups, basically you did a specific giving of pushup each morning, and you did them until you dropped, until you were physically unqualified to pick yourself up off the ground any more, next you run for five minutes, grab a swift drink, then pushups again, this happen once more, consequently a variety of other excersises occured. Then it slowed down for an hour, where on earth we were skilled different techniques, i own learned plentifully of great stuff from this training camp, we practice the tecniques for in the region of an hour, grab a drink, and whip an hour break for lunch. After that it was two hours of randori, respectively day alternated between standing randori, and groundwork. Then we nick about a partly an hour to fifteen minutes for a cool down drill. This is my favorite training camp, because they changed it up, and adjectives the techniques they guide at it are taught by the society that use it in competition, you're shown six different ways to progress a technique, you're shown numerous excersizes to do put money on at your dojo, or at a gym for conditioning, and there is so much oppurtunity to quarrel people from across north america, although it is mostly canadians that go to it. And no two days are indistinguishable, they all follow a rough structure of what to expect subsequent, but it's "i'll be learning a technique next" but you own no idea what considerate, or you might be forced randomly at any time to progress through some drill that an instructor uses at his club for training. You are exposed to so much, not to mention that you come out in considerably greater shape than when you step in.
Anything by Chad Waterbury
A Complex....where on earth you do sets of 8.7.6.5.4.3.2.1 with 60 sec rests of 6-7 exercises in need putting the weight down
An example of one might be
stiff leg deadlift
sumo deadlift
bent over row
power verbs
front squat
shoulder press
back squat
honourable morning

dont worry if you cant do it next to alot of weight.its more or less humbling

Which is better when punching on a punching pod, dried beans or sand?

Question:im needing to know which works best dried beans or sand when punching a punching pack?i want to find something thats going to be easier on my hands and more stable item too punch.
Answers:

If I were to activity a guess, I would say dried beans. Packed full adequate, the bag should still be rigid and at one and the same time give a bit when struck. Sand would be rigid as very well, but with almost no present, like striking a steel door. (Which can break something. Like my appendage. Er, I mean your appendage...)
I used a bad full of front shot- more for toughening up the hands though...
Go beside sand. Sand is a substance that is impossible to breakdown, thus it will maintain its form. Dried beans will crack.
definetly sand.
sand will not loose its shape or achieve any softer
You have to travel with sand, it will hang on to its shape and it you own the right glove and tape up you will be fine. Just don't listen to that churnin guy, that's BS!
Sand
If you're a opponent preparing, then sand contained by a bag is more dense than 'any' frontage or body you'll ever meet, so you're not training 'to target', and, save used properly can have an adverse effect. Sawdust is an alternative but don't overfill otherwise this too can be too dense.
Training near materials with no 'give' will prejudice your wrists, not your fists, hence only 'meat-heads' who probably won't scuffle anything but a bag surrounded by their miserable lives use 'leadshot'(puh!) and the like...sh**head!
Beans, I started beside split peas. This will turn to dust after a short time, later no good. From split pea to round river rock. After time near that move to steel shot. Don't punch the bags, this is be a lot of nation think they own to punch the bags, this will create injury. Just raise your mitt a few feet above the sack and then allow it to drop essentially.
my instructor always have us to use sand.
it was the usa showgroups that like to beat the hell out of their hand using peagravel,or lead shot,so that they could verbs to more important things close to breaking boards and such lol.
