Martial Arts Questions and Answers

Why does ALMOST everyone expect Hillbilly Liddel is the singular one to enjoy progressed contained by mma?

Question:When i read comparisons to Rampage, Wandy or who ever on this forum I hear how chuk has progressed surrounded by the sport but nothing in the region of the (other) fighter.
Do they chew over other fighters dont fight and train and individual chuk does?
Answers:

Maybe because in a comparison to Rampage Chuck have KO'd his last 7 opponent while Rampage was getting KO'd by Wandy and Shogun and going to decision with nobody's. I watch Chuck's corner throw in the towel against rampage LIVE, and own also watched the progression of both men since that skirmish, and Chuck's has really come a long ways while Rampage seem to be a shadow of the fighter that whitewash Chuck that night after brutally man KO'd by Wandy.
Hes just number 1 right in a minute.
So all attention is focused on him.
I haven't hear anyone say other fighters haven't progressed.

Funny how you phone call him Hillbilly Liddell, thats really offensive, even racist. You know he go to Cal Poly and has a point?

Seems like your the one making an *** of yourself.
I don't focus Liddell is the only one who have improved. I own been watching MMA until that time people even hear of UFC. I have see great improvement within a lot of the fighters. I deduce the people who are comparing the presently Liddell to the Liddell which fought Rampage earlier are base the progression of the number of fights he have won since his fight to Rampage. They have need of to think more or less the areas he (and the fighters they are comparing Liddell to) has better upon, and the level of competition they enjoy fought.
Chuck "Iceman" Liddel is a BEAST nobody can F with him. his hand are so heavy every punch is a knockout punch so newly beware. Long Live Liddel....
ilddell is good but overrated imo. HE will not be capable of handle Silva or Rampage. Also, he will obtain killed by Crocop if he chooses to come to blows at LHW.
Chuck has one point none of those other fighters have acheived... And He have kept it from every challenger that has be put in front of him. And by calling Chuck a non progressive soldier and insulting him and his abilities is insulting abundant others as well. Cotoure, Ortiz, Sobral... To heading but a few of the big fighters Chuck has glibly beaten. Cro Cop and Rampage enjoy spent the last few years playing second fidle to Fedor and Silva and copious others. I think the hype around adjectives these Pride fighters is way over rate. Look at Herring. He got owned by O'Brien and al lhe could do be cry about "this aint no wraslin match"... But everyone thought he be gonna be the *. Cro Cop and Rampage will win because they are putting them in against nobody and over the hill fighters. Rampage is no more dicey in the hold than any other oponant Chuck has face in the later 3 years. I have not see Cro Cop fight but I hold read about him and see clips and I see another Arlovski with for a while bit better strikes but a weaker ground game. Big contract he beat Silva. Silva is a middle weigt Pride Champ. Cro Cop is a Heavy freight who got his *** hand to him by Fedor... And Fedor is not that good.
Besides Chuck S h i t s on you. He sits surrounded by his million dollar home with his pool and cars and public figure access to anywhere he wants to step. You sit at home talking roughly speaking what a loser he is. Sounds like envy to me...

I heard of a myth, not true contained by my state, that when you become a black belt you have to register near the police, because your body is considered a deadly weapon.

I am aware that asking this query can be controversial, however what are peoples thoughts on chi/ki?

Question:When doing tai chi alot I often feel a very unusual sensation particulaly surrounded by my hands. Alot of population I have spoken to enjoy also experienced strong sensations if having someone accomplish reiki or acupuncture on them(I have as well). What are peoples thoughts on this? Is this really some sort of total energy? And can chi really be utilised as a force within martial movements? I recognise that no definitive answer is possible to be found to this question, however different perspective would be interesting.
All the best.
Answers:

i personally believe that chi exsist within all of us basically you need to know how to channel it to bring in it become effective and this can rob long long years of practice and still you may never be able to use it to its best limit anything that may be.i have have what you are talking more or less happon to me before to and also when the chi is flowing through my body i draw from little dots on my hands and what not and i give the impression of being to be more focased.i dont really know if that helps but yeah thats how i surface
like the rest of truth, it is all contained by the mind.
just resembling people believe contained by god, or not. its all personal.

if you believe, after it may just work for you. the sensations, are they from chi or your belief surrounded by chi? psychosomatic?

rely on the physical before relying on the jedi force. that process, at least you do hold some control over an opponent if it comes down to it.

I believe it is present, but lately how much can be used is not of interest to me. I allow acupuncture to manipulate it to better my restorative, but dont think it can be used beyond the body.
This is how you will turn out if you thieve chi too seriously:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w3psyepya...

Totally brain washed and a clown.
I own no doubt that Ki is TRUE. I don't understand it, but at hand are lot of things I don't understand. The more I swot up, the more I realize how much there is That I don't fathom out.
I can completely relate to your experiences! yes there is something to it, what I do not know. I own seen and attempted several chi demonstrations, most impressively simple, but it has proved to me it cannot be contained by the mind. It may very economically come from there but it is awkwardly projected into reality. here is an example i did a couple of times: place three to four population standing front to back close to they are waiting in file. then own all of them close their eyes.
when those close their eyes they will naturally sway rather. stand behind the strip of people and inaugurate to push through the air toward them envision your hand as a fire hose, blow river out then without delay imagine the stripe tied to a rope and begin to verbs them back Try to obtain them all swaying impossible to tell apart direction at the same time. This sounds similar to a very hokie and simple approach to demonstrate it but the best I have achieve is five people adjectives swaying the same direction for according to a guy timing it last 32 seconds!
Talking something like Chi is like conversation about the force, its a short time ago plain make believe. If chi powers and crap be real, don't you mull over there would evidence and documentation?
There is something contained by all of us. Us, europeans bid it spirit. Some people christen it energy, easterns christen it chi. Someone said that there are no documentation on it, whatsoever. Tell you what, There are tons of papers, articles, books written roughly speaking this, of course not a soul has found an answer to what CHI really is. Because population are not mathematical formulas, near is no wright wrong or in between. There are infinite possibilities and forms of us and within is no way anyone can be solid on things like "does chi exist" or "is cancer cureable". But if you strongly belive contained by something, believe in it up to extend of sentiment it, you will know that for you and only for you, Chi exists and you dont involve to document it or go around recitation it to everyone. You can utilise it for your own good and for honest of others.

I believe in chi, thus I believe within utilised forms of it, like dim-mak (death touch). There are joke about things resembling this. But tell you what - its other easier to laugh at things after try to understand them. So it is a bit a personal question to respectively one of us, wether chi really exists.

Good question, by the opening!
It's yours not to be discuused with anyone else.
i enjoy experienced this phenomenon myself a lot of times over the years and it does exist and you can be aware of it physically . i have have punches thrown at me and experienced a blackout for a microsecond, a shutdown of all sensation.these experiences cannot be slickly explained , i dont try i just adopt . does it realy matter
I enjoy had this idea in my hand to when in meditation and when giving therapeutic (not reiki incidentally) an old girlfriend said she have this feeling adjectives over her back while observe. I can't give any definative explanations as to what the idea for this might be but I do have experience of what you are chitchat about. Am interested contained by hearing others thought too.
Yes, chi exists -its the force that give a human the strength to do things that should be impossible, eg, when they lift a thickset weight, approaching a car, to rescue someone. By focusing your liveliness you can develop it, some people recognise it as mind over situation.

What if the world have more warring artists??

Question:Here is a question for adjectives. mainly for the war artists that are more than just "ground and pound". What if the world have more true martial artists? I be determined the ones that lead by example. The ones that are more than cheerful to give rear legs. How do you think the world would metamorphose? I see alot of cheap shots in answers. So, it get me thinking. I want to hear what every one else thinks.
Answers:

that wont begin.there's to many frequent false teachers and false dojos.to plentiful people put to much beat on fighting.i'm not clich¨¦ no fighting what i'm maxim is there's a time and a place for everything and there's a bigger picture.it's not just give or take a few fighting.contained by the modern society it's to hard to bear the path never lone stay on it.i stray from it from time to time but i other manage to grasp back on it,but i own to admit it's intricate sometimes.but if i took the easy channel i wouldn't be much of a martial artist?if we could achieve half the general public who think thier war artists to follow half the boardwalk for half the time we'd adjectives be a lot better sour.at the end of the time we all trade name mistakes and where adjectives human.it's how we deal next to our mistakes deliberate or otherwise that help define who we are as humans, men and militaristic artists.no excuses you f..k up you fix.you use your experience to lead by example and hopefully minister to people avoid the mistakes youv'e made? everyone will hold a different opinion on this beyond a shadow of a doubt.one more article it's easy for individuals my age to say this stuff because wev'e already be there and done the impossible and stupid things, and paid the cost for it?anyway this is just my inference and i'm sure you could just roughly write a thesis on this cross-examine
Spending a lot of time at my dojo, and notice the difference in the feature of my life, simply because I am constantly surrounded by a group of ethnic group who are always striving to better themselves and their world, I would own to answer you with a RESOUNDING "YES!"

Of course, a consistent amount of martial arts practice go a long way to making someone a better human being, if you ask me. Not a given, of course, but the devotion and self-admonishment to be precise necessary for advancement to elevated levels usually does greatly as far as personal development.
I have an idea that it could happen, but as bushido said (but I'll put it contained by a different way), just as there's a great deal of good that Martial Artists enjoy done, there's also those bad apples who make available Martial Arts a bad christen or the McDojo's and belt factory schools that purely keep churning out cookie cutter students lately to turn a profit instead of teaching them something and encouraging them to grow and evolve as Martial Artists.

If in attendance were more biddable Martial artists, those who give final, or do more to make a difference surrounded by the lives of those around them and strive to make thins better for others including themselves, afterwards yeah I'd say that things might a short time ago be better.

but wherever there's something that can create abundantly of good, can also create in recent times as much bad stuff. The internet itself is a big testament to that.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh,

So you did listen after.
Is it not the ultimate hope of Buddhism for all to attain enlightenment.
Is not the last goal of adjectives whom study the Martial arts from the Temples of Shaolin to attain spiritual fulfillment.

So it has be said, so shall it be done.
