Question:I have purchased lately a nunja uniform everything from ski maks to hood, gi, forearm/hand coverings, pants, socks and boots i am however unsure as to how i correctly suit up, ow the go before gear fastens on as one side have a long cord for tieing to something not sure what, i assume the arm coverings go over the sleves of the gi to hold them tight to my arm and the leg ties i pretty much understand and everything tucks into my boots but this manager covering im stumped with as this single tie does not enjoy anything to tie it to and apart from warpping it round my neck and choking me it dont give the impression of being to be able to do much lol
any oblige??

Question:What are the rules about highschool wrestling concerning submission manuevers such as brazilian jiu-jitsu? If I took jiu-jitsu do you think it would support me in highschool wrestling? I know judo is allowed but Jiu-jitsu submissions might be crooked?
