It is really called a BIATHLON
The Biathlon consists of cross country skiing surrounded by which the skier stops at intervals to shoot at a target. Stretching?
Question:what to do when u havent stretched for a long time
and now cant even sit up right (straight or lower your put money on when stretching) the upper legs hurt the most id articulate .

Start streching everyday, really slowly, and progressively stretch further.

The best thing would probably be Pilate's or yoga, but if you cant do that something that will sustain but takes some discipline is to stretch when you get up up in the morning once or twice during the afternoon and before you move about to bed (don't overdo the stretches, stop before it starts hurting) you should be seriously better in a week.
