Sound tracks to movies are great for floor routines. Make sure you have well brought-up clean tumbling. For smooth eight I would at least hold a full, and handspring front front on floor.

Well i don't know about videos, but to make your wrist stronger do a lot of knuckle push-ups. This works the wrists hard and builds up the tolerance of buckling. So i would do 50 knuckle push-ups a day.
