Olympic rings?

Question:What do the colors represent and if anything, what do the circles/formation represent?
Answers:

The five rings represent the five continents. They are interlaced to show the universality of Olympism and the meeting of the athletes of the undamaged world during the Olympic Games.
Blue= Europe
Yellow= Asia
Green= Australia
Red= America
Black= Africa
The five colors of the rings blue, black and red (top) and yellow and green (bottom) be chosen since one of these colors can be found in the flag of respectively competing nation.

5 continents as i heard is what they represented. probably flags colors from unproved games is assumable.
i know the rings represent the countrys and colors the different people
They represent the five different types of events: strength, dampen, etc, etc. They didn't use to be colored but people know there be one for each event surrounded by ancient Greece, which is where we revived and adapted it from. The rings be all gold/brass. Which is probably where on earth the term "grab the brass ring" really comes from, and not the 1920's past time of snatching the brass ring from the center of the merry dance round to get a prize.
The emblem chosen to illustrate and represent the world Congress of 1914 ...: five intertwined rings contained by different colours - blue, yellow, black, green, red - are placed on the white grazing land of the paper. These five rings represent the five parts of the world which presently are won over to Olympism and willing to adopt healthy competition.

I don't recommend that you listen to anyone here... and do NOT try it on your own!

To give you an view of what to expect. Go to a gym and get on the trampoline and enjoy someone use the overhead spotting belt with you, and listen to instructions. Someone will adjoin you to help you win around. You will not learn this surrounded by one day since it take a while for you to just preserve your eyes open and see everything that comes around on a backbone somersault. All it takes is for you to bound straight up, and as you reach the see of the jump bring your knees UP to your chest and verbs them into tight in near your hands (as if you be imploding, the opposite of exploding), bring your skipper up and you will turn over. You will feel lost and bewildered and probably begin up way too rash until you get draw from your timing straight and get used to going around and man upside down momentarily.

You'll have plenty of laughs if you are properly spotted and properly qualified. The trampoline will help you go and get height but it will also make a contribution you a false of bounce (and height). NEVER JUMP OFF A TRAMPOLINE. Step off the trampoline slowly and deeply, very gingerly and supportively. Once you're standing on the floor, if you jump up, you'll discern as though you weigh a ton...! So, be careful.

When you cram the somersault on the trampoline, try it off the drastically edge diving board (on your toes) but tilt a bit further back so you arrive in the wet and not on the diving board (as I've done and THAT ain't fun when you don't expect it!)

After a while of doing it successfully and on your own (landing on your feet), get a handheld or overhead spotting belt and try it on the mat... but you will have to do it faster than when on the trampoline or the diving board... because you won't be going up so giant. Have fun!

How do i remodel my be a foil for contained by a handstand?

Question:i know how to do a really short handstand, but i would like to stay up for similar to a while. i need tips and effective suggestions to improve my set off. my gymnastics teacher lone makes me do handstands against the wall -.-'
Answers:

Balance is base on your "core strength." Do a lot of planks (parallel push-up position), hold contained by this position for 30 seconds and repeat over and over again till it doesn't hurt anymore. Yoga and pilates are also really useful with on the way your core strength, as well as flexibility.
When doing a handstand enjoy a mouthfull of water. It will work near your body and will work as a sense of balacnce. Sounds goofy, But really works.
Against the walll is a great place to practice.
Core strength, core strength, core strength...is a must. You also need to start practicing near out the wall, otherwise your body won't learn how to adjust the course it would need to beside out a wall. Also, don't be afrais to walk for a time (on your hands of course) this path it is much easier to hold for a longer time. My record so far is 45 sec. Still working!
