Tough question near not enough detail to it. Do you scrounging which country or which individual? Gold medal simply or all medal combined? Winter olympics or Summer olympics or all olympic competitons within history? The simple practice of awarding medals didn't even set off until 1904 but the olympics go wager on to ancient Greece. Prior to that they assigned places like first place, second, place etc. So even knowing the most medal won would not indicate the winningest person or nation.

Racism...it's not just for whitey anymore!
Who care. Its just a orb In a hole, a basket or across a string.
It is hard to right to be heard this for sure.
Many blacks in America live within poor conditions and social conditions merit achievements on the sports scene fairly than academics. That is varying and it will be interesting if the sports demographics change too. These days, smaller quantity white majrity schools push athetics as much as academic...perhaps this is the motive of the shift. Also, there is a roomy majority of blacks in most cites and the competition is getting greater than surrounded by rural areas, this may explain black dominance in sports.
70 years ago, the national sports stars be all white...does that be going to that whites were superior at that time? Of course not, but more whites have the opportunity to play sports at that time too. This idea comes up within coaching also. More coaches are black now than ever, and successful. Are they better strategists? not necessarily as a group, but as individuals.
Perhaps you are right, but at hand are many other explanations also. The equality barrier are coming down, so more backs are participating than ever up to that time.
u see the african american body actually does hold muscles in places other race dont so i believe that it is possible that they would be superior. P.S. i am white
no doubt a certainty..its because of all the years black family in america be slaves.
the biggest, strongest slaves were the ones that survived.they be handpicked and forced to breed with the other big, strong slaves.....this created BIGGER, STRONGER slaves..afterwards those slaves bred to produce big, strong, super slaves....
this is why black people within america have a high muscle mass percentage...they also are taller and have longer limb which are of great use in various sports.
you ever notice black american athletes adjectives have typical slave name?..Sanders, Williams, Smith, etc..
also take a look at actual Africans..material people from Africa...they dont do powerfully at all surrounded by the Olympics....the only point they are good at is long distance running....which is dominated by the impressively skinny Kenyans and Ethiopians...theyre good at this because for generation they have walk very long distances..run very long distances...lived contained by high elevation.and hold struggled to find enough food..
its simple...you breed an entire see to be able to work longer and harder for over 200 years and they change....accommodation...evol... 200 years of only the biggest and strongest surviving....theres solely big and strong people moved out today..
Let's not stand on political correctness here - just appropriate a look at the NFL and the NBA. If DNA can contribute to hair texture, skin color it can also contribute to muscle mass and speedily and slow twitch muscles. Look at the Olympics - although there hold been some non-black runners who hold done well, most of the runners who win are black - both contained by sprints and distances.
Some athletic success can be because of socio-economic reason but a lot can be directly related to DNA. It's a biological issue, not a cultural issue. This has nil to do with intelligence or any other factor: we are simply conversation about physical ceremony.
Yes it is a myth ...how many black athletes compete contained by the National Hockey League? How many play contained by the Olympic Games?
