You have to practice, practice, practice. When I widely read how to use a mouth call, I practiced for a couple weeks since I ever got it to nouns right. You also might want to try one with multiple reeds.

There are other dried pasta mixes you can find at any local grocery. I forget the brand but they come in various more varieties than lately macaroni and cheese. I do not know what state you are within and the laws change from state to state. The obvious answer is to turn the gun over to the police. The one entry I will tell you to do is send for your local police department and explain how and where you found (caught) the gun and ask them if they want you to bring the gun within or if they would send an officer out to you. If they want you to bring the gun contained by ask them what procedures they recommend so that you are violating any of the local law.
The gun may have be used in a crime and could be the one piece of evidence to close the luggage.
Another possibility is that some one inadvertantly lost the gun while on the water.
Either style you should turn the gun over to the police. If the gun was unfamiliar in a crime consequently after a set period if it is unclaimed you can still go and get the gun back but if it be used in a crime most possible it will be destroyed.

Honestly, turn it into the police. It could prove usefull eveidence against a killer. They can run the serial numbers. If you try to provide it, You can, however if it is used in another crime, it can be traced fund to you.
For God's sake turn it in to the police. You could relieve solve a murder and in the process prevent yourself from one charged with a crime.
