Deer, though it's usually considers a child's gun. You do need to check what giving of choke the gun has. If it is a full choke you don't want to fire a slug through it.
I know lots of guys who use them for Deer hunting.

.410 slugs are for deer sized team game hunting. NO! You CAN'T shoot .45 cartridges in a .410 gun because of the choke but they do brand name special revolvers .45 long Colt that can shoot 3" .410 shells, but not all of them can!
The 410 slug is great for close length varmits like fox ,coyote and groundhog .It is somewhat light for deer and Illegal for them surrounded by some states I know of .
In ohio it is the smallest shotgun you can use to shoot a deer, yet various people still do. I do not own a .410, but from what I've hear they are underpowered for deer. I wouldn't use one to deer hunt because it wouldn't be any more of a challange, and only end in more suffering for the deer. To me the .410 is more of a child's gun, or something for small varmits. might make a nice cyote gun if you live around houses where on earth a rifle would travel too far.
Why use a slug? They are not accurate, kinda of like lobbing w/ a sling shot. If you're going to hunt rabbits or squirrels use 6 shot, deer use 00 buckshot. .410 is really not a especially practical hunting gun or taget gun for that matter. Ammo is more expensive than larger shotguns and smaller number lethal. I would impart that little Rossi to kid and get a legitimate gun. Happy Trails.

Bobbers and rocket bobbers?
Question:i hear bobbers go to a faultless depth. i thought bobbers r supposed to float on top of the marine to know that i have a bite for bluegill, what do they parsimonious? how should i rig my rocket bobber. should i put it in between 2 split shots to tolerate go of rigidity? can split shots be used as a bobber stop?

Yes, split shot can be used for a bobber stop. A bobber can also be used to save your bait off the bottom.
What they tight-fisted is that bobbers are made to fish at certain depths. Bubble bobbers use a u-shaped piece that is to say spring loaded. It clips the bobber to the line to set your depth. It is great for shallower depths but not for deeper depths. It can be used as a slip bobber but you'll call for to have an upper and lower stop. A true slip bobber uses a hole thru the center and an upper and lower stop. It is best a deeper depths where on earth there wishes to be a lot of row under the bobber. You tie a small rubberband as the upper stop (it should be small ample to fit thru the guides but not thru the bobber. The slip bobber slides up the line until it hits the upper stop which let you fish deeper. You aren't trying to cast like mad of line at one time similar to you would be with a bubble bobber.
never hear of a rocket bobber so I will be watching this feed. A bobber normaly will sit on the top. you can control the depht of the bait beside bobber stops.

Bobbers go to a persuaded depth - sounds like 'how fare do the bob above and below river line'. You can add weights to ensure the bobber go down far enough to work like a bouy. The are suppose to float higher than the water. I do use a float to maintain my bait off the bottom for Cod fish. The float attaches closer to the bait than the counterbalance, so the bait is forced off the bottom. The floats bouyancy is smaller number than the sinkers weight to the bottom.
I would not use split shot as a bobber stop. You increase the possiblity of dash breaking with a big fish. And little fish, you don't entail to do that anyway. See the website on rocket bobbers, it ain't rocket science.

Yes. Humans are predators, even today, and that's just segment of the balance of disposition. Humans also have the intelligence, and accordingly the duty, to monitor this part of the stability of nature and adjust law and limits as expected. Anyone who thinks hunting is cruel is too blind to see the cruelty contained by not hunting for a year or two. I do firmly believe that if you kill it, you drink it, or at least see that someone does.

I think it's alright, it might even be more respectful to see the animal you kill in cold blood before you chomp through it as opposed to picking it up at a grocery store. You might presume twice before wasting the meat.
As long as the animal is kill in a respectable channel and isn't tortured. If I hunted I'd probably try to kill the animal the course I'd want to be killed if some creature that be bigger than me needed to eat me. I don't focus id want to be trapped, slowly freezing or adjectives to death until someone come and shot me.

I expect it's hard to trap humanely, even if it is using a trap which does not injure an animal. Still terror / stress / chance of injuring itself / hunger / exposure possibilities.
Poor hunting technique can be inhumane, but at least it is possible to hunt surrounded by a humane fashion

being the owner of a bait and meet head-on store I have notice a big increase in women getting into fishing. here are many fishing alone or next to another female buddie. I judge it is great. this sport is just obedient relaxing clean fun. also a great approach to spend a day near your kids. you could tell him your going to the precinct but maybe forget to explain to him your going to the sporting good store for deal with and going fishing. tell him you will be behind schedule getting home as they may be biting. good luck

let's call it what it is, a guy have a primal need to hunt. if you don't allow him to flood the urge, then he may step hunting for other things, maybe even anotherf woman. Well we know that you wouldn't want that so allowing him to fish is accordingly strengthening your relationship. Plus this allows you in the adjectives to go out beside the girls and do what you want, no questions asked.
