Need info on Shakespeare 350K fishing tools?
Question:I bought a Shakespeare 350K fishing rod and reel gear at Wal-Mart, but it didn't come with alot of info. It come loaded with 8lb string, but I reloaded it with 20lb rank with a metal chief officer on it. I plan on using it to fish off the pier into the Gulf of Mexico where on earth I live in Port Aransas, TX. freshly wondering if the rod can take the harm from the saltwater fish. Thanks
Answers:
Look at the rod near the basis it will or should give some information roughly the line boundaries for the rod. I fished the Port A. area for several years and occasionally used anything heavier than 12lb test.
I recommend you dance back to walmart and return with a 7ft ugly stik for more or less $45.00 then mount a Mitchel 300X or 308X for give or take a few $40.00 and put 15 - 17lb test strip on the reel.
You can also travel by Bilmore's Hardware store on 361 to get more information in the order of a good combo since they also repair rods and reel.
Just remember that bigger line does not niggardly you can land bigger fish, it only just means you can crank the drag down tighter. Learn to play a fish and you will own more fun and land closely more fish.
Good Luck and Tight Lines
Lance
i think it can hold the abuse BUT the it comes beside 8lbs line vehicle its for panfish and 20lbs wont last the saltwater fish i suggest 30+lbs
Does anyone here ride horses barefoot?
Question:My wife and I have be asked to go riding and she hate shoes. Is it ok to go barefoot?
Answers:
I'd direction against it. I wouldn't let my students do it. Take the appropriate precautions. Most places won't allow you to ride lacking shoes. I have be stepped on many times and never experienced discomfort. It is when they are shawed (shoes placed on which generally is for horses who stroll on pavement) and when a horse actively stomps down is generally when injuries come to pass. Shoes protect your feet.
I enjoy swam with horses so I be wearing just a bathing suit. It can be done if it is appropriate, you lately have to be aware of the risks and reimburse attention. Native Americans rode with freshly mochasins and I never saw illustrations of tribal member with missing toes.
Just because you don't resembling shoes is not a valid enough sense.
No, I always brand sure my horse has its hoofs on, and most of the time, it wear its horseshoes.
No not safe whatso ever
I sure wouldn't if I be you.
My mother has owned seriously of horses, and one of them accidentally stamped on her foot one time when she was wearing flimsy shoes, breaking several bones in her foot!
It be...ugly to influence the least.
If you'd see it you'd wear shoes. Substantial ones. Her light shoes offered almost no protection, and she have been around horses for tons years when this happened... Not a tentative rider at all. Play it locked.
Not a wise choice. righteous solid boots is her best bet. Horses will walk through brush and you other run the chance of a horse bolting for frequent reasons. Bare foot can be ripped up pretty bad when the horse runs through brush.
Horses, even the calmest sweetest ones, enjoy a mind of their own and can be frightened.
I'm a Rancher and ride horses every morning and every evening I always prepare for the worst. though it seldom happen.
No you should always wear a suitable sturdy shoe when riding a horse. Preferbly a shoe or boot with a restore to health so your foot can;t slip through the sturrip.
