Where can I monitor rugby or AFL on American TV?

Regarding the AFL, live broadcasts are shown on the Setanta and MHZ sports networks contained by the US.
I haven't been competent to find anything about rugby. Rugby federation should be shown somewhere on pay box given that it is reasonably popular surrounded by the US. National Rugby League matches may be more difficult.

Yes you can wear blades.
Actually most refs will NOT allow you to wear blades, at least possible in the midwest. Blades are too comfortable to be filed and used as ordnance on the pitch. Studs dont have to be metal but studs are preferred.
As a rugby ref, our federation and region will not allow blades to be worn.
Ask the Sir before the hobby. I know a lot of backbone line players that wear blades, but I suppose they have to be molded. Best bet is to ask the Sir.
If you are surrounded by the pack, I wouldn't suggest it. Blades are for speed and manuevering on the field. You obligation stability in the scrum, so stick near metal.

Yes you can wera blades provided nearby are no rough edges or metal on the bottom of them
When at school (about 7 years ago, surrounded by the UK) it was other metal studs. Plastic/moulded studs can get sharp edges totally easily purely from walking about and are harmful.
That said, getting raked on the subsidise of the the thigh with metal studs still f*cking hurt.
