Im from wales and how can i play for the ospreys and wales rugby squad?

I'm not from Wales, but I do know that the Ospreys is a regional Welsh side playing in the Heineken European Cup, as in good health as an Anglo-Welsh League and the Magners League (teams from Wales, Ireland and Scotland). You'd first have to play contained by the Principality League club competition, however, either for Neath Rugby Club (Wales' own All Blacks!) or Swansea Rugby Club. If you're moral enough you will bring selected for the Ospreys regional side and if you're apposite enough in attendance you could force your way into the national side.

Question:i wanna play rugby and so far the cheapest rugby cleats i've found are $50. and i can't really spend that cause i spent alot on other equipment yesterday. also i said soccer grounds your allowed to have soccer cleats too.

i adjudicator and play golden oldie rugby. i am very pleased w/ UNDER ARMOUR . shift to their site. the shoes i'd recommend are the HAMMER LOW or MID ... MAYBE 1/2 SIZE UP for athletic shoe. but you'll not do much better in price than$50... also try world rugby shop "sales/clearance" but the sizes are usually moderately limited..btw, what other equipment ? adjectives you need is a mouthpiece and boots to start! headgear and shoulderpads come after not until that time so return them!!

The best team at the moment are St Helens, they are at the top of the table and enjoy only be defeated once this campaign by Huddersfield Giants
