Yep, french border - Menton. So thats a little course from Rugby Town.
He died in 1872 and his grave is surrounded by Menton. It was next rediscovered by Ross McWirter surrounded by 1958.
Rugby was not invented by one being. The story that William Webb Ellis created rugby is apocryphal. Many students ran next to the ball surrounded by the public schools earlier football (association) and rugby football were codified.
William Webb Ellis be born in Salford, Lancashire, (Some sources say-so he was born surrounded by Manchester, Webb Ellis actually said he be born in Manchester contained by a 1851 census as he following moved to the city) the son of James Ellis, an officer in the Dragoon Guards and Ann Webb whom he married contained by Exeter in 1804. After James be killed at the Battle of Albuera contained by 1812, Mrs Ellis decided to move to Rugby, Warwickshire so that William and his elder brother Thomas could receive a good tuition at Rugby School with no cost as a local foundationer (i.e., a pupil living inwardly a radius of 10 miles of the Rugby Clock Tower). William attended the school from 1816 to 1825 and he be noted as a good student and a good cricketer. Though it be noted that he was 'rather inclined to bear unfair benefit at cricket'. The incident where Webb Ellis picked up and run with the orb in his arms during a football meeting is supposed to have happen in the latter partly of 1823.

After leaving Rugby he go to Oxford University in 1826, aged 18. Here he played cricket for Brasenose College, Oxford. He enter the Church and became chaplain of St George's, Albemarle Street, London and consequently rector of St Clement Danes in The Strand. In 1855 he become rector of Laver Magdalen in Essex and a picture of him (the individual known portrait) appeared within the Illustrated London Post after he gave a principally stirring sermon on the subject of the Crimean War.

He died contained by the south of France in 1872; his grave at Menton be rediscovered by Ross McWhirter contained by 1958 and has since be renovated.

I did entrap the world sevens tournament in LA a couple of months ago, but I can't remember the rut...seems to be hit and miss sometimes.
There is not plenty game stoppsge to put surrounded by the commercials so ruby is going to lack TV coverage until near is a huge outcry to watch it. Then they could merely charge more for the comercial spots because the reatings (the amount of people who will see the commercials) would prove the high prices.
